It actually went horrible. I was raging p***ed. They gave me a free tank of gas because it took 3 hours for an oil change. I was so mad. I bought a truck with them before. That's why I went back there. I will not be going back to get oil changes, 3 hours, that's crazy. It was free. It took just a couple minutes to get it started. They did  eventually get it done.

"Yes this particular service did take much longer than it should have. This was a new employee that had only been here a couple weeks at the time and in the end was only with us about six weeks. There were just too many things like this that just kept happening. After counseling with him several time we finally had to let him go. We hope that our customer will give us another chance in the future."

I have a nice, $70,000 truck and I take really good care of it. I had gotten my radiator serviced. I had a check coolant light on my truck. I opened my hood and the cap was off and I had engine coolant all over my engine because they left the cap off. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but ever since then I have a traction control light that keeps coming on. Maybe they bumped something. Maybe that wasn't their issue. I called them and talked to the service provider. There was a recall that they fixed. It was with my engine exhaust fluid burner. They fixed that. They replaced that. The pricing is horrible. I didn't really want to go to the dealer but I did because it was a recall issue. It's just not very good pricing. It took a day. I had to get a rental.

It was fine except they warned me that this might not be covered under warranty which it was under a recall so why upset the customer at a "potential" cost? I don't believe they needed to tell me that.

I always felt that the work was justified, done properly, promptly, and was reasonably priced. I would have remained a customer of this dealership except for what I consider to be an unfortunate and unacceptable experience in attempting to buy a new Enclave from this dealer. I was working with the same sales person from whom I purchased the original vehicle, and I always found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonable. He worked closely with me to get exactly the features I wanted on the new vehicle, and a price was agreed to. However, I stipulated that I would not sign a contract with a mandatory arbitration clause in it believing, as a both a retired lawyer from the Midwest, an arbitrator, and a consumer education presenter, that mandatory arbitration agreements are not in a consumer's interest. I also pointed out news coverage to this effect and what I understood to be a proposal by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to prohibit such agreements. Nevertheless, dealership management insisted on the mandatory arbitration clause, and consequently I declined to go ahead with the purchase I had wanted to make. Later I found another dealership which was willing to drop the mandatory arbitration clause, and I purchased the same car there----at a lower price and with more service benefits.

It was excellent service. I have been with them for a long time because they are very trustworthy and I rely on them a lot. The work is so good. I am going there Monday for a 44,000 mile service on my Buick Enclave. I go there on a regular basis. They corrected a problem I had with some of their work at no charge. I like them a lot and they are very good. They explain what they are doing and ask me if I want to do it. They are very professional. So far they have not disappointed me.
