The day before the job they sent a courtesy reminder of the work to be performed the next day. They did a superb job cleaning our driveway and entry path and there weren't any problems. I would definitely recommend Chinook services and use them in the future.

Ā + 1 moreIt went very well--I explained what I needed and the guys described what they could do and how (IE., my back deck needed to have leaves cleared off it--the workmen advised that they would use a low setting on their pressure washer as the regular setting would strip the deck), then did it efficiently and effectively and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed.

Ā + -1 moreThe service was fine at the end, but apparently there was a mix up between the company and Angie's List regarding the big deal. The fine print was wrong. When he showed up, he was saying one thing, and the voucher I had was saying something totally different, which they didn't know, and so there was quite a bit confusion about what they could do and what not. At the end the company was very good, and they honored what my voucher said, and also there was no extra. The coupon said up to any house of 1800 sq feet, while they said that that it had charges of anything extra. Their technicians were very good, and they did more than what they were supposed to do. They call us after wards, and explained everything. They said they were aware of what had happened, and they would straighten it out with Angie's List. Even though there was a mix up, they came through, and they were very pleased about it. The price of the big deal was very good. They were very punctual.
Description of Work: We had purchased a big deal for Chinook Services. The big deal was for gutter cleaning. They cleaned the gutters, the house has multiple levels and different types of gutters, and they cleaned most of the gutters.
