We have recently come through a very busy season and as such, unfortunately all of our lead times were extended really far out. Usually we can get a shower installed within 3-5 weeks, but in the rare crazy seasons, our turn around time becomes much longer. We apologize for the inconvenience and we should have done better for you. I have reviewed this with our operations team and our leadership and as a company we are committed to avoiding future recurrence of these ridiculously busy times. We are working to get better tools for time and project management. As far as price goes, we know we are not the cheapest out there. We understand that budget is a huge factor for any project. We recognize that can be frustrating. We stand by our pricing because we are committed to the very best quality in all aspects of our company. We have A-grade craftsmen, measuring team, and glass fabrication. We strive to leave our jobs knowing we did A+ excellent work. Our goal is to create win-win situations for our customers and thus this type of precision and professionalism in our craftsmanship leads us to where we land on our prices. Rest assured that your sealer is fully guaranteed--we stand behind all our work and will make sure this is made right for you. We have left you two messages last week, another this week, and are eager to correct this for you. I also followed up myself today and left my cell number on your answering machine. We will gladly fix whatever is causing the problem onsite. We do a lot of the glass sealer and the vast majority of our customers have been very happy with it but about twice a year we have run into minor glitches which so far have all been easily resolved onsite. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, but I am very sorry we have failed you in this way. We will make sure we get it right for you shortly.
