OMGosh.......why in the world would I ever use any other company when it comes to Windows! I, of course, used Angie's List and put out feelers for a couple good size replacement windows. Attila of Cascade quickly answered and setup an appt to take a look at what I had. Attila (from Cascade Window) came out and emailed me an estimate the next day. We set up an appt to install. He was there at the appt time/date and brought the replacments ready to install. Extremely polite, quick and when he left, not a thing was out of place and the windows were beautiful. I had used another glass repair company in the past but decided got try Cascade. The owner was very knowledgable about windows and showed me how our last repair work was a different glass than what we had. He came in cheaper than I had expected.

Our 25 year old house in Woodinville had two large sliding glass doors and a large kitchen window that needed replacement. We considered several providers through Angies List and asked for several price estimates, ultimately selecting Cascade Window & Glass. Attila came out to measure and at the time he provided a lot of useful information and advice about the overall condition of our home's windows and doors. Our interaction with him at the time gave us a strong feeling of confidence about his ability to do a quality job, and his prices were excellent. We opted to replace a 6' sliding glass door, an 8' sliding glass door, and a large kitchen window with new Alside PVC windows. On the day of installation, Attila and his brother Laslo arrived exactly on time, and very quickly had the doors and windows installed. They did run into some issues with our house siding - apparently the builder had never installed flashing above or below these doors, so some of the siding had rotted away. Fortunately, Attila was able to refer us to a free-lance builder who came out the same day and helped us to rectify that problem. They also helped us resolve several windows in other parts of the house that were very difficult to open. It's not often that you run into people who sell and deliver an installation, and fully meet their promises with a positive and cheerful attitude. Attila was great to work with. He gave me a very fair quote based on my measurements. The existing picture window was tinted and paned. We decided to replace it without the panes and he adjusted the quote accordingly. He came out, measured, checked the tint and ordered the windows. He returned within the week for the installation. They arrived on time and worked quickly, which I appreciated because it was a very cold day. They respected my home, always removing their shoes when they entered. The windows were installed within an hour and were sparkling clean. I will definitely be calling Attila at Cascade Window and Glass for my future window repair needs!

I did a Angies list search for glass repair. After reading a number of reviews of different providers, I emailed a few and Attila was the only one interested in responding. Based on the reviews he has I was not surprised at his prompt response, the convivial tone and readiness to tackle the project. He made a quick visit to the job site and had an estimate to me within 24 hours. I sat on it for a few days while I waited for the sheriff to evict my tenant. Once that was done, I called and set an appointment. Attila was able to do the job within 48 hours and I met him at the arranged time. He arrived and went right to work. He explained the process, set up the tarps and quickly and safely removed the broken glass panel, prepped the door frame and pointed out areas to keep an eye on as well as things he would do to improve the door itself. Instead of trying to sell me a new door or complain about repairing a wooden door, he dove in and made a repair that returned the door to full function and better than it had been for years. I am so pleased with his work, I am going to have him come do more jobs.

Sent Cascade Window and Glass Company an email via Angie's List. Atilla called me early the next day to talk about the work to be done. He call me back within 30 minutes with a rough estimate that sounded fine to me. He then came by a short while later to look at the work, take measurements and firm up the estimate. Atilla said he would call me when he physically had the windows. He called me on a Tuesday we set up the appointment for Wednesday morning at 9:30. He was very prompt did the work in about an hour and was gone to his next job. I was very impressed with his customer service and how he went right to work and got the job done very quickly. This was a very small job but a job that needed to be done. I would definitely give Cascade Window and Glass Company an opportunity foe more work when I need it done.

I explained problem to Atiila over the phone and he figured out what was wrong immediately. He came and fixed the lock/window problem imeediately. He was very helpful. I would not heitate to call him again.

I love this company. He came out right away to diagnose the situation. He said he would be back in about a week after he ordered and acquired the necessary ball bearings. He called after a week, and came over that same day, which was a Sunday, and replaced our existing ball bearings. The door works perfectly now. The price was extremely reasonable. Atilla provides excellent customer service and he knows what he is doing. He works closely with his customers to make sure they get what they want and understand what he is doing. I can't recommend him more highly.

I called Attila to get a quote on replacing four custom double pane skylight windows that were leaking water between the glass. Attila was very friendly and he took extra time to explain the process of replacing the windows, and what to expect. Then Attila drove to the house to inspect and measure the windows, not once, but twice, to make sure and order the correct glass! Replacing these windows required dry weather, because most of the work takes place on the roof, and the windows are quite large, and required extra safety on the wet shingles. The first available dry day was on a Sunday, Although the business is usually closed Sundays, Attila was very accommodating to quickly schedule the work to be done that day. It took about 3 hours for Attila and his co-worker to replace all the glass. They were very courteous, and careful with the set-up. and they cleaned up the area before leaving.

We had a wonderful experience with them. He was very professional, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was great and we even had a discount from Angie's List.

Contractor gave an expected schedule following completion of quote. He stayed very close to his original plan and made sure I knew what would happen each day so I could make sure he had access to windows that day and allow us to get furniture, etc. back to original arrangement as soon as possible. It helped us know where we could sequester pets for the upcoming work day. He was always forthcoming if some aspect was taking more time than originally planned. The crew cleeaned up after themselves exceptionally well at the end of each work day so that no additional clean up was required by us. Overall quality of work was excellent and communications were professional and at the same time very personable. I would give (and have) this contractor my unqualified recommendation to my closest friends and associates.

I received quotes from 3 window companies on Angies' List. One of the companies I had used before and was very happy with, but they couldn't get the window / replace the glass for a couple weeks. Cascade Window and Glass could get the glass / do the work in less than half the time and for literally half the price. The owner of Cascade Window and Glass came out himself to measure and bid. The glass actually came back sooner than quoted and he was able to get the job done earlier than quoted. The owner actually did the work himself, was fast and professional. After replacing the slider side that was shattered, he spent 20 minutes disassembling the locking mechanism on the other side of the slider and got that lock working again (for the first time in about 10 years) free of charge. After this experience I wouldn't use anyone else for glass replacement.

This went very well. I could not be more satisfied. Attila came to the house very promptly and gave a bid. The price was very reasonable. He said it looked like I could replace the glass without replacing the skylight, which would make the job less expensive. I appreciated this. At no charge while he was at the house to give the bid he removed some dowels that were stuck in some other windows of mine which I was unable to remove. This was a big favor. I called him back to tell him I wanted to see if the current glass in our skylight was covered by a warranty and to ask him to wait to order the replacement glass until I found out. He said that was no problem. When I found out that it wasn't covered by the warranty, I asked him to order the replacement glass, which he did promptly. In a few days he called back to say the glass was in, and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. He and a colleague came promptly and did the work in about an hour. He was quite friendly and courteous, and gentle with my dog who was nervous about the visitors. I will need to wait until it rains to see if there are problems with the glass, but I am confident there will not be, and that if there were, he would take care of it. I will definitely use them in the future. They provide really good customer service.

He came in to measure the door and provide and estimate, then when the glass came in he came our and installed it.

I located their name from Angie's List, called and got a quote two days later. We ordered a window that took longer to get than we expected but it wasn't the fault of Cascade. Their supplier was slow. However, as soon as the window came in, they came the next day and had it installed by noon. Very happy with the entire experience.

I have hired this company three times in the past year or so. They have always come in with a good price, and they seem to have the fastest turn-around from contact to completion. The work looks good too!
