It went very well. Atila was very professional and got the job done well for a lower price. It took about 10 days to get the glass in, but then Atila was over at our place within the next day. He gave me a great deal on the balancers since he was already out here installing glass. The other guys wanted to charge much more for such a small job. Overall, really great job.

Atilla was great to work worth. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my measurements and after we agreed on the price he went to the apartment and confirmed the price. A few days later window was in and looks good. Could not have been easier. He collected a deposit before he ordered the window and then the rest after he finished. Communication was professional and he even confirmed when he got the payment through the mail. This was a vacant apartment unit and the whole job was done just by phone, email, and a keybox. Everything was to my satisfaction. As a matter of fact I never even saw Atilla and or his employee. Talk about efficient!!

Everything went very well....Mr.Mucsi was very quick to get back to me when I called and left a message about getting an estimate done. I had measured the ground level window and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone with that measurement and the other info. I gave him about the window. After I had gotten two other bids, we decided we wanted to go with Cascade Window and Glass. Mr. Mucsi came by the same day I told him we wanted to go with him, to get the exact measurements on the window and while he was here I asked if he could also give me an estimate on a big corner window that was fogging in-between the two panes of glass. I thought it was a good price so I decided to do that one, too! After he ordered the windows, which seemed like it was only a few days to get them, he called to schedule a time to put them in. When we talked before he was going to come to put the windows in, he said he thought he was going to be doing the job alone because his co-workers son was sick and he was not able to come and help him. I was concerned because of the location of the big corner window, it is hard to get to (there is a narrow ledge to get to a bigger ledge that is around the stairway that goes down to the basement) he said he would take a look when he got here to see if he would be able to do it himself. Luckily, his co-workers wife got home to be with their son and his co-worker was able to come and help him with the big corner window after all . Mr. Mucsi and his co-worker were Very Nice and easy to talk to, he was here when he said he would be, they put down a drop cloth to protect the area carpet from the front door to the area where the big corner window was and Mr. Mucsi communication was very good with me throughout the whole time! They did a Great Job!! I was Very Happy with their work and would call them again for any other window problems we may have in the future!!

Attila was quick to respond to my phone call. When I showed him the job, he listened to my thoughts and wishes, then gave me the options I had, explaining each one thoroughly. The upstairs slider had been put in two years ago (insurance company selected the contractor) and Attila was able to match it almost 100 %. The job was done quickly several days earlier than originally scheduled. Like all the Angie's List workmen I have used to help me upgrade my house, he left the work site clean and tidy.

This is such a small job. I had a broken pane on a double paned window. I had called another glass place but was told that they wouldn't come out on small jobs. So I called Cascade Window & Glass. I was given an estimate over the phone and an appointment for them to come out and verify the measurements. Cascade arrived on time, verified the price and said it would take a few days for the window to come in. I received a call when the window was ready, given an appointment for the replacement. Cascade arrived on time and replaced the window quickly. It's hard enough to get a contractor to respond to a small job, but Cascade Window and Glass treated this like it was a big job. They communicated through the whole process, were always on time and displayed the utmost in professionalism. I would definetly use them again.

Attila did a great job. He took the extra care to get seals and low-e glass that exactly matched the other panes in the windows. He was polite and efficient.

Attila was awesome! He was very professional, prompt and very responsive to my questions. He was also very careful to keep the carpets clean and did a great job of cleaning up when complete. I now have great quality windows in my home. It could not have gone any better. Thank you!

This was the second time I used Cascade Window and Glass. The first time was on a rental house that I own. Attila was always on time, professional and a great guy to work with. He pointed out to me that the frosty windows on the rental house may still be under warranty. This was very nice of him to do because it may have meant that he wouldn't have done the installation if the manufacturer took care of that. The manufacturer did offer to provide the windows. But they wouldn't do the install. So of course I hire Cascade because they ended up saving me a bundle by mentioning the possible warranty. Today they came out and installed 3 windows in my home. They were right on time, fast, clean and the windows look original. I will use them again.

When Ben the installer arrived to take measurements he shared that the scratches were only in a film that had been appliec. Very professional.

I contacted Cascade first by phone and provided dimension of the windows that needed replacing. They were able to provide an approximate estimate at that time and then visited to measure exact size for replacement. The phone estimate aided in the decision making process and was very close (a couple of dollars) to the final price. Attila and company were very fast, efficient and courteous and I will most certainly do business with him in the future.

I got a timely response for my request for an estimate. Atilla Musci came out to make the estimate. He was very professional, was eager to answer my questions, and explained all the options I had, to help me make the right decision for this house. Although I did not use his company for this job, I would give it high marks for professionalism and great customer service.

Attila was able to come by at a time convenient for me, to inspect, measure, and quote me a repair price. It is a full-view patio door, which had mysteriously become shattered one day, although the glass never fell out. It is dual-pane thermal glass. He had excellent prior reviews, which is why I chose to call him. Attila inspected it and said "no problem, I've done it many times". This was welcome news, since I had weeks earlier called a different glass guy who took one look and declined the job. That guy said he wasn't sure he could do it without damaging the trim strips, and that new trims might be hard to find. But Attila was not afraid to take it on. So we accepted the quote and scheduled the repair for first thing on a weekday. Attila and his assistant arrived exactly on time, and they got the old window out using an array of specialized tools and skills. The old glass was really "in there" with some kind of adhesive, so it was a challenge to get it out, but they did it without any damage. Then the new glass went in perfectly, and there is no evidence that it ever happened. The trim strips were fine, and they vacuumed up the glass debris. The whole job was done and cleaned up in under two hours. I would call Attila Musci first, should I need any other glass repairs in the future. If he would do the windshield on my jeep, I would hire him for that too, but he doesn't do auto glass.

They showed up on time, were very freindly and did excellent work.....The slider window was a very hard job, but the owner took care of every detail and it works great.....Always use them .....Call them if you need help.....

Atilla was a pleasure to deal with and offers a good Angie's discount. He was prompt in his appointments and when he came to give me an estimate, he urged that I get more than just his. But I have dealt with other installers and, with his good reviews, I was confident in asking him to do the job. The large (heavy) window was on a 2nd level and must have been a challenge. He and his assistant worked quickly, taking care to protect the carpet and furniture. They took only a little over an hour and i appreciated their good work.

It went good. They arrived when they said they would. They charged me what they quoted. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with their work. I would use them again!

Cascade gave me an estimate over the phone by letting me give the (rough) measurements and send pictures of the window. Another company also gave an estimate over the phone, but they could not schedule measurement or repair for several weeks, and their estimate was higher. Atilla came the next day to do exact measurements, in order to get the glass ordered quickly. He came back to install almost before a third company could have scheduled someone to come give an estimate.

Attila & assistant were amazing. They were very quick in getting our 2 windows installed. Attila noticed a sagging glass door frame in our kitchen & gave some information on it. He was courteous and pleasant to coordinate with. We would give them an A+ if we could.

Attila was very friendly and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He gave us the most competitive offer of 2 that we looked at, price-wise (especially with the Angie's list coupon!). He came to the house once to measure the windows, then came back about a week later to install the screens. The installation took a little longer than expected because we have big heavy blinds but he did a great job taking the blinds down on a couple windows and re-installing them and adjusting a few screens so that they fit perfectly. The screens are holding up well and we are pleased with the service!

A+++ Don't go anywhere else for your glass replacement needs. Attila is the best! He was able to provide a quote via e-mail the same day, and the quote was almost half as expensive as his competitors. Usually this would be a "red flag" that either the quote was wrong or the service was poor, but going off of Angie's reviews I hired him immediately. Two weeks later I had new windows that matched the old windows (internal grid pattern) and I couldn't be happier. Excellent price, excellent service, very fast. What more could you want?

This company lived up to good reviews. I got a couple bids, and this one was $500 less than the competition. Attila came out the same day I called (a Saturday) to do the estimate. A tile was broken during the install, but it was a difficult install, and he made sure it was repaired and we were happy before sending the final bill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Spoke with the company owner on May 23rd and got an initial estimate from him based on a description of the work needed. He came out the next day to measure and confirmed the initial estimate and we ordered the replacement glass sections. The glass was arrived and installed on June 1st. Mr. Mucsi & his crew were very professional and had the work done quickly. Both for the measure and the install they arrived promptly and took care to make sure that they cleaned up after their work.
