The sectional was what my wife wanted, and the price seemed fair. Delivery would cost extra, but it was promised within a few days. The salesperson then started a pitch for some cleaning insurance plan that would provide repair and/or replacement for five years. We did not want this, but when the bill was presented the $189 plan had already been added. Feeling pressured, we let it stand with the assurance that we could cancel before delivery. The salesperson also mentioned a "price match" feature that would match any price, and if a sale came up soon we could have that reduction to our cost. Then the problems started. We were contacted on Wednesday to confirm delivery time for a Thursday between 1:00 and 4:00. On the Thursday morning we got another call saying delivery would be between 12:30 and 3:30. At that point, we had our old furnature hauled away. No sooner had the the furniture disappeared than we got another call saying delivery would be delayed by a week. We had guests coming, and there we are with an empty living room. Since we now had some time, my wife got on line and found the exact same sectional for a bit over half the price we were going to pay. No delivery charge, and no taxes. We called the store and got a royal run around. The short of it was they would not match the price, or even take anything significant off, saying that online stores did not qualify for their "price match" policy. They would not provide us with a copy of this policy, or really explain what the conditions were. We cancelled the order and had to go through all sorts of phone calls with all sorts of non-responses, "restocking fee" threats, and evasions. We finally had to go into the store to confront the manager to get the order cancelled. We finally got our money back, but still have an empty living room and a bad taste in our mouths. We will never deal with this firm again!
