Description of Work: We had a loud whining in our walls every time we turned the water on. I called to set up an appointment and the scheduler worked me into their schedule the same day, calling back within 30 minutes of my initial call. Al and his assistant, River, arrived 20 minutes later. Al identified the problem within 5 minutes and provided a free estimate to replace the water pressure reducing valve in our garage. He quoted $610+tax & honored the Angie's List + Senior discount (Final $554.50 +tax). They had the parts and completed the job in about an hour and 20 minutes. They left everything cleaned up & had us check all the faucets before they left to make sure the problem was solved. They were friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The only issue I had was with the price charged, which, after the fact, seems pretty high since the work was completed in just over 1 hour. The estimate/receipt did not break down labor/parts pricing and that would have helped. Regardless, we're very happy to have quiet pipes again.

Description of Work: Multiple home plumbing issues, primarily leaking water supply line to toilet, also leaking faucet and three shower/tub diverter issues. They replaced the water supply line, fixed the leaky faucet and were able to fix two of the shower diverter issues. Timely response, professional and cleaned everything up afterward.

Description of Work: A clogged drain brought prompt service as usual. Jay and his apprentice solved the problem and provided solutions to keep this from recurring.

Description of Work: Plumber and his assistant came at the agreed upon time. They replaced the fill and flapper valve and tightened the reservoir to the toilet. They did the work that was agreed to, charged the agreed to amount, were prompt, had the necessary parts in their truck, and did everything in one trip. They were friendly, courteous, and did not object to me watching what they did.

Description of Work: Replaced pressure regulator and expansion tank. Installed new valve/spigot in bathroom. Fixed shower spout valve. Fixed kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: Capped off a water line, gave a 2nd opinion on some work we'd had done by another plumber. They were knowledgeable and honest. Wish we'd gone with them the first time around.

Description of Work: There was a leak from the garbage disposer. It was replaced.

Description of Work: We had a leaking pipe under the foundation. Topgun abandoned the pipe and rerouted it up inside a closet, through the attic and down inside the wall between the bathroom and kitchen. They brought a truck-mounted vacuum and using a pressure washer, created a narrow trench from the meter to the house. They replaced the pipe with PEX piping, installed a new shut-off inside the closet as well as a new frost-free water bib (faucet) exiting out of the closet to the front porch. They brought a crew of 4 plumbers: Al, Jay, Kevin and another guy whose name I didn't get. They replaced the water line in 7 hours and Kevin came back the next day and filled in the small hole in the closet with dirt and sealed it with concrete. He also filled in the small trench in the front yard. The price was a little more ($145) than quoted because they had to remove the toilet to get to where the old line came up out of the foundation. The bid was about half of what other companies bids were. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Description of Work: Need a simple change in water line to sink to fit with new cabinets. I was told by dispatch that person would be able to due the job if small same day as quote but when they arrived the technician already had another appointment and had to come back in couple of days.

Description of Work: We had a significant leak in our water line. Their first visit they gave us an estimate, located the area of the leak, and put in a temporary line. On the next available date, they used special water equipment to open up the ends of the line and then another piece of equipment to 'pull' a new water line. Between the first and second visit, they identified the location of the power and cable lines. On their third visit they completed the 'pull' and cleaned up bringing new soil and gravel. They left the water line fixed and with everything returned to its original state. Although quite a bit more expensive than we expected, we were very pleased with the end product of their work.

Description of Work: The water line from the street to the house was leaking. They installed a new line without having to dig up the road except for a few cold patchs. |The water was shut off, so the day they came to give us a bid, they hooked up a hose from the waterline to the house so we could have running water. The project was done in a few days and we are very happy with the work.

Description of Work: Repiped house and installed new water line from water meter to house. They were very punctual, respectful, neat and did a wonderful job. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others

Description of Work: We had a water leak in the yard. Had to dig up yard and drill hole in the garage where water pipe is. They were backed up with work but came and put in a temporary hose to keep the water from leaking. They kept us informed and replaced the dirt and gravel back in the hole.
