Description of Work: I selected them earlier this year and they sent chris. he did a good job on simple stuff in our large house. gave him a $50 cash tip on a $165 invoice. called again with a clogged drain. had to call several times because didn't return calls. chris said he really didn't want to drive to our home in redmond from bothell. i agreed to pay him over $300 to come and clear drain. he said "nah, too far." guess they must have a lot of business. they have the right but just be careful.

Description of Work: I had worked for 2 years to get a plumber to fix my leaking toilet. The problem was that it was a European design with the fixtures inside the wall rather than in a tank. Al at Top Gun took on the challenge and sought out the parts and repaired the mechanism.

Description of Work: I called them 1/15/16 reported a waterline leak of half a gallon a minute between my home & the meter. Came out 1/18/16 to reviewed the job for a bid. I felt I was being talked down to as I pointed thinks out. I've lived here 40yrs & know everything about my property & what's on it. TopGun insisted I needed an access permit for the location. Intimidated me that he wouldn't do work w/o this permit, & it could take weeks,County didn't care & leak could cost me $10,000. I didn't need this permit as was granted an easement long ago to go under the street. Then TopGun didn't bother to even follow through with a bid or get back to me at all. |

Description of Work: Top Gun Plumbing replaced our kitchen sink and faucet, and did a really nice job. They were able to work with the existing countertop (which wasn't in the greatest shape), and they improved the PVC piping underneath the sink. Sink looks and works great. They also unclogged the bathroom sink as an add-on to the original project. We would definitely use Top Gun again.

 + 0 moreWe've been in the house for 2 months and needed the plunger (plumber's friend) a few times. We did not think much about it until I went to the lower bathroom on Friday morning and, whew, "stuff" had backed up in the tub! It was kind of deep! We just moved from Texas. I had heard about Angie's List, so I joined and found several plumbers to call. We left Friday for a two night camping trip, so it was Monday morning when I called. I liked the reports on Topgun but there was an alert saying they did not service my area. We are only 8 miles from the Topgun office (Edmonds from Bothell). I called anyway just on the chance they'd make an exception. The owner said they do service Edmonds, but the problem sounded serious and it would be Wednesday before he could make it. I called around with various degrees of success. However, no one could come any quicker than Wednesday. I called Topgun back and he scheduled me for Wednesday morning. He said he'd come sooner if possible. About 4 hours later he called and said they could come today (Monday) between 3p.m. and 5p.m. That's Super Service! They were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. The owner explained the hope for "good" results but did not promise anything beyond a good snake out! It worked, they found a rag from some previous owner. they found other potential problems, but said there was no reason to go beyond his work until proved otherwise.

Description of Work: The hot water condenser above my hot water tank burst and was spraying water at a fast rate. The unit was taken out, a new one installed, and TopGun took the old unit away with them.
