I called on a Monday and got an appointment for that Wed. Jay was actually a little early. He was very professional and did a very good job. I found out there are many types of faucets and kits, and luckily he had our type in his truck, so no extra trip was needed.

They arrived right on time, provided a detailed estimate & then when I approved it, proceeded with the work. He was cordial and efficient & careful to keep everything clean. I'm very happy with the work.

It went very well. They fixed my kitchen sink first and did a very good job so when my bathtub leaked a week later I called them again. They answered every plumbing question I had and the cost was less than I thought. A previous plumbing company told me I would have to tear the walls out to fix the bathtubs - not so.

Fine. Al was always punctual, clear and a gem to deal with. I was surprised by the initial bid but when I saw the number of people and equipment needed to complete the job over several days, I realized it was a bigger job than I understood. Al arranged for permitting, restored thing to their previous position and was always immediately available by phone.

Quick, polite, on time, great price. I am so happy I joined Angie's List.

I was very worried when I received a notice from the water company that I had a potential leak and couldn't find anything leaking in the house. I researched options online for plumbers who specialized in detecting leaks and called Top Gun based on comments from Angie's List. Al came out right away. He was very knowledgable and took the time to fully explain the service he could offer. He was able to detect the leak under my driveway very quickly--he pinpointed it so well that when he returned to fix the leak, we could see water running out of the small hole that he made to test the pipe. Al was able to fix the leak by digging out less than a 2' hole in the driveway. I was most impressed by Al's excellent customer service. He was very friendly and punctual. He even came out on Christmas Eve to fix the leak. He noted that filling in the hole would require several return trips to top off the filler as it settled. It was so wonderful to come home from work and see that Al had followed up on his promise until the hole was completely level with the rest of the driveway--it took him at least 3 extra trips. I will definitely call Al for any future plumbing needs.

We were notified of a possible leak by A.W.D. and searched out a plumber that could locate the break for us to potentially fix ourselves. Topgun came out and located the leak and did it free of charge. Later in the day when we discovered the scope of the leak and the needed repair we called Topgun to schedule a time for them to come out, and his response was "I can be there within the hour" incredible! He did an amazing job and we are now without a leak and lower future water bills.

Topgun Plumbing was one of the Angie's List companies I used to get estimates for this work. The other company was one I had previously used but when I compared the costs and descriptions on how the work was to be performed, along with how knowledgeable Al King was, I chose Topgun. Al explained, in detail, how his bid differed from the other bid and that he had over 30 years of experience in plumbing and I trusted him to do the job right. I'm glad I did, as the work performed was just as described in his bid and at the same cost as the bid. My situation was fairly straight forward as the existing gas service black pipes and water feed lines run along the top of the open joist garage ceiling and the kitchen sits right above the garage. Al removed a 90 degree elbow at the gas line, added a T fitting, with shutoff, and reconnected the new fitting to the existing black pipe with a short flex joint. He then ran new flex pipe to the area below where the 40 amp electric service was run to the old electric range. After consulting the installation information for the new gas range and looking at the area behind the range, we decided to open the wall and put the gas shutoff and flex line to connect the range in the wall. Because my wife and I are planning to do a more extensive remodel of the kitchen later, the hole was left open as it is hidden by the stove. Al didn't connect the new range because the store we bought it from was to deliver and install it the next day. Al then soldered in a new T coupling to the cold water line and attached a new flexible water line to the area behind the refrigerator. He installed the standard box and shutoff valve. Again, he didn't make the refrigerator connection as that was also to be done with the refrigerator delivery and installation. And also, the hole in the wall was left open for the same reason as stated earlier. All fittings were tested for leakage and found to be tight. When the new appliances were delivered and installed, everything went as expected with no problems. We also have 2 cats and Al was very careful to keep doors closed to prevent any "escapes". He also did a great job cleaning up what small messes he made. He continuously kept me in the loop with what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Al was very friendly and I have already given Topgun's name to a neighbor that is considering extending a gas line to his fireplaces. I will definitely use Topgun again for plumbing work.

They were called on a Sunday and arrived that same day. Professional and quick, the plumber explained all work before performing the task.

Great experience. I called Al on a Friday afternoon. He was courteous and professional, working with me to schedule an appointment Monday. He provided a small window of his availabilility and as agreed, he called ~30 minutes before arriving to confirm. He arrived as scheduled, we walked through the house so I could show him the issues. He quickly investigated each issue, wrote up a clear and concise overview of the work he recommended. I appreciated his upfront, proactive and well-balanced assessment of the issues and solutions. He completed the work efficiently, and since the work was done ~1 month ago, everything he fixed has worked flawlessly. Al was very punctual, professional, efficient, effective and charged a very fair price..I'm very satisfied and recommend Al/TopGun plumbing without hesitation..

They were rated well on Angie?s List, and I liked the comments that they had received. The work was good, and they were professional. There was some difficulty with the plumbing because I have an older house. They fixed the problem, and their work has held up. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

I developed a leak in water line noticing it at 8am. I called Topgun plumbing based on prior ratings and location. He answered the phone personally and came out within 24 hours and gave me and estimate for repairing the line and replacing the line. I opted to have the whole line replaced because this is the third leak I have had in 3 years. He repaired the line immediately and by that afternoon the prep work was started. I had water for the weekend and he and his team returned Monday and replaced the line. The system he used was a trenchless drilling system. There was no mess or evidence that the line had been replaced except where he had to take out a small patch of asphalt. He repaired the asphalt and will come back to check on it over the next weeks as it settles. Overall Topgun was excellent with competitive pricing

Everything went extremely well. Parked the truck out in the street even though the vehicle looked fairly new, Very professional, went straight to work, did the job, cleaned up the site.Couldn't ask for a better job!! Reaffirms my belief in dealing with a small local service company. Great job and I will refer them to my friends for sure!

I've worked with Top Gun Plumbing on two occasions - for a plugged toilet ($150) and a plugged kitchen sink ($260). On both occasions, a plumber arrived at our house within a couple of hours, quickly performed the job, and I've been very pleased with the results. I will continue to use Top Gun Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

They answered their phone promptly and friendly, informed me they had weekend hours at no extra charge. Arrived on time, the plumber was exceptionally professional and gave me a right on estimate for all projects. He even worked on the outside drain for free and did fix the problem. I expected to pay way over $500 for all these projects, especially considering a new disposal was purchased and installed, he gave me a great discount. The only issue is the rebuilt toilet tank - it doesn't leak but still seems to use an exceptional amount of water when flushing and makes the sound it used to make that would indicate to us it was leaking. But, as previously stated, it no longer leaks, so he did fix the problem.

Al was great, got right in and did a tremendous job, and did the additional tub hookup we asked him for. I would recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing needs. They called us back immediately, we spoke and it was scheduled the next day. Communication was excellent with this company.

They showed up the night before they were to start the work to look for the pipe near the house. The job started on time the next day and was finished in a timely fashion, including cleanup. I have used them before to clean out a clogged pipe in our house. Very professional and the prices are right.

I was doing some remodeling to a bathroom and thought I could relocat the shower plumbing myself. I found out that I could not get it done with out it leaking. I found Topgun on Angies list. They were close to my house so I called them. Al answered the phone and was very compasionate with my probble. He was very accomadating when we made an install time for later that same day. I arrived home early and contacted Al at Topgun to let him know. Al showed up about 10 minutres later, which was about an hour ahead of when we had originnaly scheduled to meet. He surveyed the probblem then gave me an estimateset. He included his Angie's list discount in the estimate without even having to be asked. He senced that I thought that his estimate was a little high and asked me what I thought fare. Although I was a little low on my estimate we agreed on a cost and Al set up "shop" in the bathroom. He took care of the probblem I had caled him on, checked and repaired some of the work I had donew and was gone within an hour. He was respectful of the house and left the area clean, if not cleaner, than when he arrived. Wow, my first and best experiance with outside assistance!

I scheduled about 10 AM and was told service could be expected between 2 and 4 PM. The technician called at 1:30 about 45 minutes before arrival. He were here about an hour. I was told about the one year warranty and what to watch for regarding a possible hairline crack in the bowl. The service was very professional, friendly and punctual.

It was my fault-water froze in the faucet outside of the house and cracked it. I called the TOP GUN and they recognized my problem right on the spot. It was not an urgent matter but they offered to come the same day. Showed up on time and discovered that it is not an easy job because it was needed to make a cut out in the wall cabinet and through the drywall to get access to the faucet connection. Al(the plumber)spent about two hours to get everything done. Installed the new faucet which will prevent water from freezing inside it. He even installed back the cut out cabinet piece. Very good job done.

Plumber told me the parts could easily be found at the store and showed me the easy one screw fix for the knob, saving me lot's of $. I went to the store and the problem is now solved. He had a spare fixture in his truck to fix the knob problem and didn't charge me for it. Very professional. I will do business with again.

Our water main which runs underneath our driveway had a leak. I called three plumbing companies for estimates and found Al to be very professional and educated on my issue. They cut a 2x2 hole in my garage and dug up a similar sized hole near the main and then had a new line installed via directional boring. The service was great and since Al started the project on a Friday he ran a temporary line to our house for us so we wouldn't continue to lose water over the weekend until the real line could be run.

I previously tried to clear with plunger, and 25 foot hand crank snack but this called professional with 75 foot electric snake and rag at end to help force the potato skin blockage through. I first called Topgun Plumbing who I never heard of before but did see very good ratings on Angie's List and left them a voice mail to call me back on a snow/icy Saturday afternoon. I was very surprised to get a call back within 15 minutes that they could fit me in towards the end of the day at 5pm after the more urgent calls were handled. Al arrived before 5pm at the start of another snow storm, again surprised at his promptness even with snowy/icy road conditions. The blockage was a challenge but Al was able to break through the blockage which did spill out the washer drain onto the utility floor. But Al ensured the small mess was properly cleaned up before requesting final payment after two hours of successful effort (oh credit cards accepted and Topgun also offers either an Angie's List or seniors 5% discount). Not only was I impressed with Al's drain cleaning skills and working ethics but he was also very personable, I would highly recommend!
