I have referred them to several people and they have done several jobs. They are fantastic and bill by the job and not by the hour. They are clean, efficient and everybody I know who have used them liked them.

Jay provided preliminary estimate over the phone, work was completed quickly and cost was within original estimate

They were pretty good. They were on time. They were right on with their estimates. They not only did an excellent job, but also cleaned up after themselves. They didn’t appear to be in a hurry to finish this job and go to the next one.

I appreciated his honesty and expertise.

I didn't get them from Angie's List. But I did go to Angie's List to look up the range. I called 2-3 plumbers; it was a significant size job. I think his name is Ed. He talked to me about it on the phone, while the others really didn’t. He was the only one that was involved, and then when I decided I was going to have it done, he was out there the same day and what he told me over the phone turned out to be exactly what he said was needed to be done. Whereas the other guys, they didn't give me good information, and their quotes were higher and they used excuses that they were national companies. Everything turned out to be exactly what he had said it would be. So he was creditable, professional and competitive. He was terrific. I recommended them to a relative to do a small job that needed to be done immediately, and they came right out and did it. His work was very good; it had to be inspected by the city, so he met the inspection and did a good job. The responsiveness was very good. He was on time, and got it done as quickly as I could expect. He was very professional. I would use them again in the future.

They were wonderful. They had initially given me an appointment for the next day after I had called them. However, an hour later, they informed me that they had someone in the area and they would come out to do the work that very day. I would use them again in the future. They have already given me an estimate for fixing my garbage disposal.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Jay is absolutely a great guy!

Jay was on time and very polite. He kept his work area very clean and protected our floors all the way from the front door to the laundry room. I absolutely appreciated that Jay explained to me exactly what had to happen to get it all up to code. We will forever ask for Jay now when we need work to be done.

*They came out and found leak with helium technique in about 2hr. Came back a few days later to fix the leak. It was fixed in a few hours with no hassle and little inconvenience. *The plumbers were very courteous, professional and competent, the work was done with minimal impact to our daily activities and to our yard / house. *I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs

The work was done exceptionally well and when it was over he offered a zero interest 6 month plan for payment. I learned to trust his opinions and his crew. At first I compared what they were telling and quoting with Rescue Rooter but they were so much more cost efficient and mature that there was no comparison. Topgun has a funny name but they are good people.

The quality of work that they did was very good, although there was a little miscommunication. The pricing was very reasonable.

All went very well- I would recommend their work and would call on Top Gun with any plumbing issue in the future.

I found this company on Angie's List and my sister also uses them. I am very happy with this company. I have no idea on how their prices compare because I have nothing to compare it to.

Upon return from a 2 week Xmas vacation I found the carpet around the upstairs toilet very wet. I thought it was probably the seal between the toilet and the floor. I called TopGun and they were available and we set up a mutually convenient appointment. Jay arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. He inspected the toilet and determined that the water supply line connection to the toilet was leaking. To my embarassment, all it took was a little tightening of two fittings. The job took less than 30 Minutes and I was not charged. I was very pleased with all aspects of this service, will use them again and will recommend them to ny friends.

This was the third encounter with TopGun, as we had been pleased with a couple of earlier jobs. In this case, we had replaced the countertops in three bathrooms and the kitchen, purchased new fixtures and disposal, and needed them professionally installed. TopGun was responsive in scheduling and Jay arrived right on schedule. He worked to install each fixture as it should be done - very tidy and professional. They respect the home in cleaning up after themselves, and even cover their shoes each time they enter the house. Over the next few weeks, the kitchen faucet became a bit loose. I contacted TopGun and asked to have it tightened. They gladly returned (actually, Jay again), worked to remove some wood that was restricting the lock-down plate under the countertop (that required removing the faucet), and re-installed the fixture. All at no charge. That they stand so firmly behind their work and do it so well - I'm flat impressed. Thanks Al and Jay!

I had to find a water leak between the water meter and the house. Though I contacted several companies, none of them could find the leak but all were capable of repairing the leak once it was found. At that point I called Angie's List and asked for help. It was through Angie's List I was provided the name of Topgunn Plumbing LLC. I immediately contacted Topgun Plumbing that same day and though they initially wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day as they were already booked for the day, the owner offered to try to squeeze in some time to at least come by the house and provide an estimate of what it would take to detect and repair the leak. Within 4 hours, Topgunn Plumbing arrived on site. The ower of Topgunn Plumbing arrived on site as well and provided an estimate upfront, clearly indicating that the estimate was subject to change until the leak was detected at which time they would provide a firm quote for the work. With Topgunn's expertise and equipment they quickly found the leak, "root" cause for the leak and provided estimates to do a "spot fix" of the leak or total line replacement. The entire TopGunn team was very professional, efficient and upfront with me and I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. My lesson learned as noted above, many companies are capable of repairing the leak once found, however, only a couple that I found were capable of detecting and repairing the leak. I contacted Top Gun via their web site the night before. I was called first thing in the morning and was told that they could be here by 1o.Jay arrived at 10:00 AM just as he said he would. He located the damaged pipe, repaired it and cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed with the professional manner that was displayed from start to finish. I usually repair just about everything in my home myself but the plumbing from now on will be done by Top Gun!! Great guys Highly recommend!!

Jay was nice enough, but he did not know what could be causing the water hammer, which seemed odd for someone who should know water system design. Part of the problem could have been his water pressure meter. It read 60 both front and back of the house, indicating the pressure was not high. When the water company employee checked, it was almost 90 front and back. He mentioned that the nearby main meter was 100, so this was consistent. Since Topgun could not diagnose the problem, it seems like I paid for nothing. And when the irrigation company came out and correctly diagnosed the problem, their fee was $70.

I found them through Angie's List and they are excellent. He did a great job. I thought that the price was a little high. I have used them in the past too.

the plumber arrived on time, even called to ask if he could come earlier. went right to work, got it done in under an hour including cleaning the tank and cleaning up after himself. I would recommend this service to anyone and will certainly use him again if the need arises.

I had a new stove and installers told me to have a plumber come out to add an elbow to the gas line as the stove would not push back against the wall. Jay came and made the changes to the line. But the stove still did not push back into place. But he stayed on without my asking and we worked together on it for at least another hour: pulling stove out at least a dozen times, rebalancing, removing anti tip device to see if that was a problem, sawing wood that seemed to be catching, etc. We eventually got it back as far as it would go. I really appreciated his dedication to working out this problem without making any issue of it. Very polite and worked clean.

Was able to get an appointment quickly, and the plumber showed up right at the start of the time window I had been given. He assessed the situation, gave me some options, and explained pros and cons of each. I opted to replace the cracked joint, and he was able to complete the work same day and with no mess. I usually call my dad with issue like this, and this time I am really glad I didn't. TopGun did a great job and in a few hours everything was complete.

I had thought that the visit was for an estimate, but Jay came ready to do the work and did it! He ran into two problems that he hadn't expected which caused him additional time/materials, but didn't charge extra for them. The installation was professional, the areas left spotless, and he even took the old toilet away for disposal. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
