I have used Topgun 3 times and I find them to be great. I spoke with Jay who came out the next day and did a great job.

Called and left a message. He promptly returned my call. I explained to him in detail what I believed the problem was. He assessed the severity of the leak based on what I explained to him. He reassured me that is was minor problem. We agreed to a scheduled appointment. He arrived on time. Explained everything and every step in detail. He was educational on what had happened. Gave recommendations on do's and don'ts of other issues that may arrive in the future. Highly recommended. Best plumbing experience I ever encountered. Will call him again if the situation arises. Jay called and send he would be 15 minutes early which was a great start. He arrived , went over the price with me, then snaked the drain. He cleaned up afterwards and the problem was solved. Very professional and very much appreciated him being on time (actually early). The price for the snaking was 270.00 after a discount of 25.00 for being part of Angie's List. I gave a B for the price but overall the experience was positive and I would highly recommend Top Gun for your plumbing needs.

They were very professional and responded to our water leak problem. They did the job in the worst storm ever and got our water back on. We are waiting now for the inspector to sign off on the job.. Very very pleased with this company

Had a strange problem: A portion of the ceiling in our laundry room suddenly caved in (with no prior problems). Before we could figure out how to handle the situation, a portion of the ceiling in our furnace room caved in as well. In both cases, water came down from the ceiling along with the debris so we assumed a plumbing leak of some type and called Topgun. Our plumber was very efficient in determining the cause of the problem--which was difficult to do because the areas of the cave-ins responded to the underside of two separate toilets. Apparently the problem was the result of an improperly-installed wax seal under one of the toilets. The plumber went right to work and replaced the faulty seal. He cleaned up the mess *completely* when he was finished. He was an excellent communicator, efficient and polite. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely call on him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Top Gun Plumbing is a highly experienced and professional company. Their response to our problem was prompt. We interfaced with Phil.who identified our problem and presented corrective options. He was much explicated in explaining the pros and cons involving the cost benefits for the various fixes. Phil was paramount in tailoring a fix that met our pocket book and provided a quality installation. This company takes that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had a spike in my water bill so called Topgun to diagnose and fix leaks. I was pleasantly surprised that Al could come out the same day. He checked the water meter and determined that I didn't have a big leak somewhere. I pointed him to my shower and a toilet I had heard running. He promptly fixed both - he thinks the spike in my water bill was probably due to the toilet. He also helped me with my kitchen sink which has very low water pressure - he turned up the volume on the water flow and cleaned out the head - he didn't charge me for this because he didn't think it would make a big difference in the water flow. Al was unassuming, professional and efficient. I'd use him again.

This was an excellent expierience for us. The bid was under what I had expected and the work was quickly and efficiently done. Phil Herzog was the plumber that helped us and it was a joy to have him here. He was courteous, professional, prompt and caring. His first concern was setting us up with an alternate source of water (than the main from the road to the house). This insured we would have water continuosly while they worked, and it bypassed the leak in the main line, so our water bill didn't suffer any further. And, he was always here when he said he would be, was very careful of our home when he had to break out part of the garage floor, and did a first rate job of cleaning up afterwards. And, the job itself was professionally and quickly done. We have had some really bad experiences with other plumbing companies, but after this job, I would not hesitate to recommend TOPGUN to anyone. They were great!

This is my third experince with TopGun, I would recommend his services to anyone. He's honest, fair and does excellent work.

Experience was outstanding, from initial telephone call, to visit/estimate, and completion of work. Our guy repaired/replaced, answered all questions and stayed around to ensure it was satisfactory and without leaks, before leaving. We will be using his service again when we replace our sinks and toilets. What a great crew!

Al came out and gave us a quote on the work we were considering, scheduled us and came back and completed the work, The work had to be done though a linen closet, so the shelves were removed and a large piece of drywall cut out to accomplish the work. Even though the work was done in a confined space without light, they did a great job, fast and thorough. They were careful to cut the drywall in just one piece with made it very easy to re-install. They called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work. A very professional company with great customer service and know how. Top Gun is the only company I will use for plumbing needs.

He and a crew of about a dozen men replaced it in 2 and a half days. I was so relieved as I already just received one water bill for $281 so I was happy they installed the new pipe so quickly. They patched up the driveway as well. I'll always call Al first before any other plumber.

Got home from vacation to discover front yard was flooded. Called Top Gun on a Sunday and left message. They called us first thing Monday morning and said they would probably not be able to come out until Tues morning but would try to come that afternoon if possible. They were able to come Monday afternoon, locate the leak, which was pretty significant, and repair it. Other companies that we spoke to said that we would have to hire a leak detection company, then hire the plumbing company to do the repair. That would have taken much longer and cost significantly more money. Glad we choose TopGun.

Called this company on a Saturday on short need and Jay was able to come right away and install a new kitchen faucet. Very happy he was able to perform this service as my kitchen sink faucet no longer worked. Have already recommended him to another neighbor.

I felt that they gave a quote and the amount of time it took them to do the job didn't equal the amount quoted. It seemed they did the job quicker than what the cost should have been and we did not receive a refund or a lower price at all.

He was very knowledgeable and quick to get the work done. I would call him again if I needed more work done.

While out on vacation, our house sitter called to tell us he had to turn off the water at the street to stop water from bubbling out of our front yard. We located Topgun Plumbing via Angie's List and called to see if they could swing by the house to assess the damage, even though we wouldn't be home yet. They responded promptly via text message that they would be out the very next morning--even though it was July 4th--to look things over. They called us ASAP the next day with the news that they had dug a small hole and located the approximate area of the leak. They gave us a very reasonable estimeted price range for services, which depended on what they would find when they got the whole area dug up. We set an appointment for 9am the next day, when we would be home from vacation.The day of service, Topgun showed up a few minutes early and Phil was on the job at 9am exactly. He was FANTASTIC! He kept us informed along the way, showed us exactly what he was talking about and allowed us to ask as many questions as we needed. He presented us with multiple options - at various costs and complexity levels - and he worked with us to find the one that worked best for us. We just put in a new yard the previous summer and he was able to work with us so that the yard was not damaged by the plumbing work! This job was finished as promised - on time, with no surprises in price and with exceptional care! I was most impressed with Topgun's responsiveness. This was a very stressful situation - water flooding the yard while we were out of town and having to turn off all water to the house. Topgun resolved the situation fast and with great attention...they really made us feel taken care of and helped remove a lot of the stress. Should anything else arise, we know exactly who we will call!

Jay allowed me to cut the access holes. He replaced the old 1 1/2" galvanized pipe with 2" ABS pipe and the drain has never worked as well as it does now. I noticed the old pipe didn't have a good slope but the new replacement one has a great slope. Jay was the plumber who did the work. He was prompt and friendly and did a fantastic job! The estimate was exactly what I was charged.

My father raved about every aspect of the service. Two workers arrived when they said they would and removed the old tub and installed the new tub. The price was what was quoted and the service excellent! I was so impressed that I'm calling them for my plumbing issues.

A technician was sent on the same day (Friday) I called and the problem was assessed and the faulty cartridge was replaced on the following Monday.

They were very honest and communicated well. They gave us options and were willing to explain how to do the jobs ourselves for the future. They are reasonable priced and very responsive.

We were told that it would not make sense to try to repair a ten year old faucet so they installed a Delta model 467-DST faucet. The time at our house was just under 2 hours. The faucet was included in the the amount the plumber charged.
