Within five minutes of calling the main number, the owner returned my call. I explained the problem - he was at my home within the hour. As it turned out, half the pipes in the house were clogged. He quoted me a price which I agreed to, then said he would call if there were any other problems. He didn't, but I was curious and called him back just to see what the exact issue was. He was very nice and explained what he did and that he used a camera to check for any other problems, and he found none. Very prompt, nice, professional and very reasonably priced! Company was very responsive, service was prompt and price was reasonable.

They were excellent. They came out quick, gave excellent bids, did the job fast and cleaned up well.

Those guys were great! I appreciated that they are two normal, polite, hard working guys who were straightforward, and just simply told what was needed. I ok'd it, and they did the job. No high pressure sales tactics. They worked quickly, and knew what they were doing. No fuss, no muss, and best of all - no baloney! I recommend both of them!

The plumber arrived early (he called to see if it would be OK if he came a little early). I was delighted with this customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly and retrieved his auger and put it in the toilet. No obstruction was found. He told me what I could do if the problem still bothered me but I didn't have a problem using the toilet as it was.

Arrived promptly. Did a check to see where the leak was and fixed it quickly. Did a fine job. Took about an hour.

He showed up on time, was very pleasant to work with. We explained the problems and what we wanted. He completed all the work very satisfactorily. He was very thorough.

I would give Al and Jay from Top Gun Plumbing an A+ if there was such a rating. We had a rather difficult problem with a bathroom shower faucet that was not easy to diagnose. They were responsive each time I called and kept researching the problem and working with me until it was fixed. There is no question as to whether I would recommend them: I DEFINITELY WOULD. They take great pride in their work and this was demonstrated as they fixed the problem that we had.

He showed up early, explained what my options were. I was given the price up front, though it seems more than I expected, he explained the work has a warrantee which is very worth it if you have ever had to replace anything. Everything is built cheap now and I don't have to worry that I'm stuck in a week with a faulty product. I very much appreciated the fact that he covered his shoes before coming onto my carpet and through the house. He took the time to keep my home clean and left no mess once the work was complete. He completed the work quickly and professionally. I worried about the flat rate due to other comments but after I saw the quality of work, the knowledge they stand behind their work, and didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need to make up the difference it was well worth what I paid. Moen products rather than Glacier Bay shows the level of quality they provide. I will use this company again and have shared their number with my neighbors who have the same issue with their faucet I had.

Top Gun made preparations at the house and the meter ends of the waterline, digging pits at each location. Their other crew used a tunneling machine to bore a hole from the meter without disturbing any of the landscaping or sidewalk. Their installation of a new and improved water line went like clockwork. Connections made at the water meter and at the entry to the house were dome with a hydraulic compression fitting and the city inspector was most impressed. Top Gun filled the pits and replaced some cover material, and now the areas look just like they were before. Thankfully, our water bills quickly returned to normal.

A clog was created in my kitchen sink after using it's garbage disposal. Tried plunging - no help. Tried chemical liquid to clear - no help. Tried 20 foot snake to clear - no help. After running an upstairs shower, I saw that it's drain water was also building up in the kitchen sink. The clog was further down the line than I could reach. I called Topgun Plumbing and the owner, Al, returned my call within minutes to set up an appointment for that same day (which two other plumbers were unable to provide). He gave me a two hour window that he would arrive. He arrived in the first half hour of that window with an assistant. They both were courteous and wore protective booties while in my home. After they assessed the problem, I signed a $285 estimate to clear the clog with a 75' snake. It was understood, up front, that if it required more than a snake to clear there would be additional charges. The snake was run all the way in and out twice. It cleared and cleaned the line all the way to the street. Al noticed that the under sink plumbing was slightly cracked and was not positioned properly for good gravity flow. He replaced all plastic piping under my sink without adding any cost to my estimate - the piping came with a one year warranty to boot!. The whole job, including clean up, took about two hours. Topgun Plumbing is now my go to plumber - Thank you.

Called them to help me detect a leak. I left them a message and got a call back in next hour saying that a field person is going to call us back but we never heard from them again. Moved on to find another provider.

Came out an charged $380 to find leak by filling line with helium then detecting where gas came up through ground. Came back 3 days later to give me time to dig it up. Top gun plumber replaced a 5 foot section of pipe. Good so far. After turning the water back on the plumber looked at the meter and said leak fixed. Meters in our district have a triangle that moves to show water flow and aid in detecting leaks and rather than the fast spinning that was going on before it was fluttering. The plumber said that was due to my meter being an old style that was missing some sort of valve so the flutter was due to changes in pressure due to other homes on the lines water usage. Every three years our Water District offers assistance to homeowners who get leaks repaired by reducing charge for usage during highest period prior to repair and reimbursing homeowner for part of repair costs. To verify repair was made they send out staff to verify that leak fixed. The water district staff opened up meter and stated you still have a leak. I asked if it was due to having old meter. He dug around and said you have a new one with the proper valve to prevent impact from other users on the line. In short, Was told it was fixed and it wasn't. Was given information regarding meter that was inaccurate.

It was trouble free and no increase in costs and was done on time. Some estimates were high as 8000.00 for the same work.

I called Topgun Plumbing after reading the reviews on Angie's list and seeing their truck at one of my neighbors doing some work. They promptly returned my call, scheduled the work needing to be done and showed up on time (even a few minutes early). I only had an old toilet removed and a new one installed. They hauled off the old one as well as all of the packaging for the new one. It's great to find a contractor that does wha tthey say they will do, and on time and for the price agreed upon.

Was very educational and was patient with my questions.

It was wonderful! He came out the same day that we found the leak, did a great job with the repairs, and charged a very reasonable price. We really appreciated that he was able to make the repairs which saved us from digging up our lawn and paying hefty fees. Ultimately, we are very happy with the work.

I was in need of an estimate for a toilet replacement and called and left a message on a Saturday. Within 15-30 minutes, I had a call back. We quickly chatted through an estimated cost. I was looking for a particular make/model and Al was nice enough to give me guidance to figure out what it was. We even did a part of this via text with pictures. As he didn't carry this brand, he texted me on Monday with the information. I ordered the replacement myself and am waiting for it to arrive to schedule install.

We scheduled with Topgun Plumbing to replace several sink, shower, and drain fixtures in our home. They sent their technician, Jay, about 3 days after our call. He did a fantastic job with all of the fixtures and they look great. He didn't charge me anything additional when it turned out that one set of old sink fixtures had fused with the sink and needed to be sawed off (which took him a very long time), and he was so careful that there was no evidence he'd had to do it. The price seemed reasonable, and the work was quality. My only complaint with this company is that later, when I had a more urgent plumbing problem (a leak sending water into our garage wall), they were still scheduling 3 days out. In that instance, I couldn't use them as the problem needed to be fixed more quickly. While I wouldn't call them for emergency work, I would absolutely use them again for advance scheduling work.

When the leak company came the first time, I called and set up an appt with TopGun to come and repair the leak as soon as we found it. TG called me later in the day and asked if we had found the leak. They hadn't so at the next visit from the leak company I was told it was found, I had a neighbor come and dig the area down to 32" and no leak or pipe visible. I then called TG back and said I needed a replacement water line from the house to the street. The leak company came back the 3rd time on Mponday and found the leak..TG was called on Monday to come and give me a bid for the job not the repalcement but repair the leak..they were on time and gave me a bid right on the spot and set up a time for Tuesday AM. They were here on time, replalced the metal water pipe and covered it with all the dirt I had dug with a smile..After talking to them numerous times, changing the times with them, they were always kind, professional and helpful..

I called Top Gun to have my kitchen drain cleared after it plugging with an apple in the disposal. Al came to the house and gave a quote that I felt was high based on the issue. I respectfully declince his quote, but told Al I would call him back if I was unable to fix the issue with a rented power snake. Al listen to everything I stated, understood why I declined the quote, and gave advice on resolving the issue with the rented snake. We were unable to clear the line with the rented snake, so I left a message for Al the next day. He came to the house again and found that he was also blocked. He contacted me and advised that he would have to come back the next day with a camera to see where the issue was. Friday morning he was here first thing in the morning. After putting the camera in place he was able to determine where the block could be but was unsure if he could get to it. He discussed the issue with me along with is plan. I approved and he found the block and cleared it. Of course finding the block and clearing it was a huge weight off my shoulders, I was impressed with how Al handled the whole project. 1. He always listened 2. He always responded to my messages quickly 3. He was focused on the customer 4. He always made me part of the project. 5. He cleaned up after he was done as though he was never there 6. He kept his promise on the quote even though he worked many hours beyond to resolve the issue. Since he was here, I have given his contact informmation out to two neighbors, a rather large company that is always looking for great plumbers and a doctors office that will be doing some small plumbing work soon. In my three years with Angies List this is the best contact that I have made... and I have had some great companies work for me through Angie's List. I will use Top Gun Plumbing again. We had mold on the ceiling of our downstairs family room which we guessed was from a leak in the top floor. I called Topgun who responded quickly. Their plumber called to setup an appointment for the same day. He came on time, identified the cause of the leak, provided an estimate which we approved, and fixed it while there. The whole thing from contacting them in the morning to completion was about 6 hours. Amazing to receive such service these days. I would highly recommend them.

The gentlman representing Topgun was very professional, on time, and knew what he was doing. Spent extra time making sure the fittings were tight and properly in place. I actually enjoyed the whole experience.

Topgun Plumbing replaced a water heater for one of our rentals. They have performed this for us before as well as repairing a leaky pipe in the wall. They have always provided very quick and professional service. When we need work done quickly and at a very high quality professional level, we never hesitate calling them. Very satisified.

Received a high water bill which indicated a leak, however, I was unable to determine the location. I called a plumber that I used before but waited three hours for a return call. Topgun called back within 15 minutes. Based on previous Angie's List reviews and prompt return call, I had Topgun find the leak and do the necessary repairs. Al called the water company and the city to make sure no permits or special requirements were needed prior to doing the work as the leak was under the porch and a new line needed to be installed. A temporary line was put in so I had water usage over the weekend. Service was professional and personable. I am unable to fairly rate the price of the job since I have nothing to compare it to.
