We cannot say enough good things about Al. He somehow fit our job in on a Saturday, even though he was solidly booked for the weekend. We were concerned we had a clog in the sewer line and would need an extensive repair. I'm sure other plumbing outfits would have agreed with us and created a huge, expensive job needlessly. Al explained it was just a clog in the line leading from the laundry room sink, ran a snake and cleaned it out. The price was right. We'll be giving him a call when it comes time to replace the water heater in the near future, and will recommend him to all of our neighbors and friends.

It was a pretty good experience. He knows where to look for the leak to come from. He was a great guy and easy to talk to.

Called late on Friday afternoon and talked with the receptionist and explained my dire situation, she transferred me to Al whom was on the road at the time and Al hooked me up with Phil to do an estimate the next morning. Phil came on time and was very professional. He explained my predicament and helped me weigh all my options. I had him go ahead and locate the leak using helium gas. Cool process they use to detect the leak underground. He pin pointed the leak and we discussed the cost for fixing it. Sounded reasonable so I had him proceed with fixing the leak. We scheduled a time a couple days later and he showed up with Al on time and they fixed the leak in about 3 hours. I was very happy with the service I got and would definitely call them again.

Jay is a very pleasant and helpful person. It just happened that he and the Culligan guy came at the same time. Jay came to install a new kitchen sink system and Culligan guy came to suggest what I needed for the well water that's very hard. I didn't want to treat the water for the sprinkler system so I asked Jay to look at it. He went down into the crawl space and figured out how to do that job. He and the Culligan guy spoke like friends and suggested to me the options I had. In the end, I decided not to worry about wasting salt on sprinkler system. Jay told me exactly what the Culligan guy should do to tap into the water for his system if I am not going to worry about wasting salt on sprinkler system. He never try to sell me anything ... even the Culligan guy like him a lot. I was really glad that they worked together nicely to help me out. Jay will be my plumber for this new house forever ... he is very responsible ... My wife and I really liked him. Thanks again, Jay.

Called Topgun at 9:15 on 6/28 after a couple of days of trying to clear drain system ourselves. Spoke with Christie to explain the problem and was told the call would be returned shortly. Jay called back and scheduled arrival between 1-3 that afternoon. He was here just after 1 and gave me an estimate after looking at the problem. He was very professional and worked until the drains were clear. Very pleased with his work and would call Topgun again if their services are needed in the future.

Everything by the book. Punctual, diagnosed the problem, had the tools and parts with him to do the job. Done expediently at price established. Friendly service.

What a great guy! We thought our toilet was leaking, due to a stain on the floor next to it. Al fit us in on the same day we called, and came at the time he scheduled. Then, after a detailed exam, he could not see any reason for the toilet to leak, and no current evidence of actual water on the floor. He gave us the option of replacing the wax ring anyway, or taking a wait-and-see approach. We decided to wait until a diagnosable problem develops-- and there was no charge for the trip!!! We will definitely be using this company for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

I contacted this plumbing service that installed my kitchen faucet I bought back in May 2012. The last 2-3 months I noticed a decreasing flow of water coming out of the faucet. I didn't see any leak but knew there must be something restricting the flow within the piping to the faucet or at the faucet. I spoke with the owner Al and discussed my issue. He detailed a treatment plan and sent Jay the guy who installed my faucet over a year ago. He showed up early and went right to work. He used common sense as to how to treat this problem and found that a piece of piping that comes right up to the faucet was blocked with shavings of metal from our 55 year old galvanized pipes we have. He took out all the pieces and the flow was back to normal. Jay did a great job and was very kind and professional. We'd certainly use them again. The Moss household

Jay and associate came on time, were very professional, and completed the work efficiently. The leaks were found in the shower and in the adjacent tub. They were hard to find, and required filling a jet-tub to various levels and looking up in the ceiling from the floor below. In addition, Jay agreed to replace the wax seal on a toilet bowl - a job that I requested upon their arrival. They agreed to the extra work, which, as it turned out, was more difficult than we had imagined as it was an older bowl.

TopGun was initially not responsive to our call. Once we talked and set an appointment however, their plumber arrived promptly, quickly identified where the leak was coming from and then gave us a detailed estimate and performed the work that day. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't fixed even though it initially appeared to be and we called them back the following week. The plumber who performed the inital work didn't hesitate to schedule another appointment at our convenience. Once he reassessed the situation he was able to remedy the problem and didn't charge us for the return visit and replacement part(s). We're hopeful the second time did the job. The leak was not easy to get to and the plumber had to go through the ceiling in our kitchen garden window to get to it. It was a tight squeeze to address the repair without major damage to our ceiling or taking the shower out completely but the plumber worked within the small space he had and was able to do the work without causing major repair costs. The repair also required the plumber to run back and forth between floors many many times and he never complained. Thankfully we hadn't replaced the damaged ceiling sheetrock before the leak reappeared. The plumber was repectful of our property and cleaned up afterwards. Even though it took two visits, I'd call them again. Pricing was reasonable. I gave them a 'B' because the leak wasn't repaired the first time but otherwise I would have given them an 'A'.

Plumber arrived, looked at the problem, gave us an estimate for the best case scenario but also told us there was the possibility it could require extra work - he would let us know if extra work was required before he engaged in that but it wasn't needed

TopGun plumbing provided excellent service and met all of our expectations. To complete this task, they had to trench from water meter to the house. They did this by boring a hole which caused the least disruption to our landscaping. When they ran into an issue with the piping in the garage (not their fault, just a strange installation done by the builder), they needed to reschedule extra time to complete the task. This was done with minimal disruption to our schedule and water service. TopGun came back and completed the job and finished within budget. Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We came home early Friday afternoon to a wet garage, signally that the water heater was shot. We called several local plumbers who received A ratings. Top Gun was the only plumber that returned my call promptly. They showed up when promised, Saturday afternoon. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and quickly arrived at a reasonable estimate. We gave them my business. The water heater was installed quickly and without issue. They removed the old water heater, and cleaned up packaging material. No leaks (...so far). We're happy to have hot water again. I would have no problem recommending them and would use their services again.

The replacement head would of cost $700, but I owned a mowen faucet and it was defective. I got it replaced at no cost and the plumber was very good.

We had a major leak in the main line. My daughter tried to contact several plumbers why we were on vacation A couple just told her to turn the water off, others told her to pay $300 to have some other company locate the exact leak and then they would come out. Our experience with Top Gun was the best we have ever had with a plumbing company. They explained everything they did. They brought in a temporary line for our convenience. Brought the equipment the next day, as they said they would. Came the next day to make the connection, as they said they would. They did a totally professional job. They came back a couple weeks later to replace two outdoor faucets. Again, they were totally professional and helpful. We could not be more please with the price and service they gave.

the service was fast, job was well done...but is was expensive They told me how much it will cost and I agreed - I had previously a very positive experience with the company... still I find it expensive

Didn't need the work done afterall, the home inspector apparently didn't know about this other type of anti-siphon. I so appreciate the prompt response from Al & the plumber. Would definitely use them again should we have the need.

Both jobs went well, very professional and sought to minimize the overall cost impact which was appreciated. I will use them again.
