This entire experience lasted seven months. The main problem here is with the installation company that Lowes contracts with to do their floor installations. But Lowes Bellevue was not as responsive as they should have been. I had to call Lowes national customer service to get the store's attention. The first installation was bad. At some point, everyone agreed on that. So, after a long period of waiting for things to happen, they tried a second installation. The floor installation contractor stopped the second installation because he said that the floor material was defective. We waited a few weeks for the new material to arrive and when it did, the floor installation contractor said that he could not guarantee that this material was not also defective. So, we changed the type of engineered wood floor material and they attempted a third installation. But the new floor squeaks. I now notice all wooden floors and no other wooden floor squeaks like my floor squeeks. And, the boards do not meet as well as I think they should, in many places. I can't complain about the price, but I don't have a good, solid wood floor.

Helpful and large selection

I had to replace all my faucets since they were all 30 years old and broken. I came home one day to find that the handle had fallen off. I went in there with the broken piece and they could not handle it. The employees that worked there were nasty. I went up front and complained. I told them that I had spent thousands of dollars with them on remodeling and anytime I needed anything and would they care to lose my business for one little screw. The girl that I interacted with was nice but stupid. They claimed that I must have over-torqued the screw, but that was a screw that the factory puts in and not one that somebody would work on. I told them to get another similar faucet and take that screw and give it to me. I wrote it up and sent them a letter but they never replied. I was really angry.

They were great. The price was reasonable, it was better than any other prices under the same group. There were efficient. They came on time, they did good work and I chose them mainly because of the price. It seems like I must have already used the same installer who's got a better price repetitive to Lowe's.

I got good service and good prices. I bought a palette full of paving bricks and they were a much higher quality than their competition. Their electrical department is really good as well. They are very knowledgeable.

The work was subcontracted to them by the other contractors I used. I paid the contractors and they paid Lowe?s. I had done research on shower surround, there was a lot of difference in the price with them and it was around $300 extra. However, Lowe's honored a competitors sales price saving me $300.

So far, the plants are surviving. We replaced some bark and it seems to have done the job. The sales girl bent over backwards to help us. She actually failed to charge us for nine bags of bark; I had to actually go back and tell her she only charged us for one bag instead of ten. They were pleasantly surprised that we were that honest. I thought the bark was placed at a good price. They were top-notch.

They had what I wanted and it wasn't too expensive.

Delivered new fridge, removed old one and installed new one. The hooked up the water line for it as well. They came right when they said they would. The only minor drawback was the gentleman in charge spoke English as a second language and he was hard to understand.

My wife and I are quite satisfied. They helped us out. There were no problems at all. I would recommend Lowe's for service and helpfulness. I think the price was pretty fair, also.

To be honest, I was just so impressed with John Dyer at the Bellevue Lowe's from the start, I knew everything was going to go very well. John spent as much time with me in the design process as I needed and was patient as I made changes and explored options. He was informative and resourceful; there were at least a half dozen design details that could have meant an ill-functioning cabinet or cramped layout that I would have missed. He walked me through trade offs in cost and value that made me feel like he was on my side. Roger Maynard has been a dream to work with, he showed up ready to work when the cabinets arrived and was professional and very skilled with the install. Lowe's has really impressed me with the way the manage their installers and the way they really seem to instill high quality service ethics in the sales people, I don't think I would have had a better experience anywhere else, including the private "high end" design-install companies.

John Dyer was the salesperson at Lowe's to help me place the order, he was a great help especially pointing out on the drawing where a radius on the counter needed to be cut to accommodate a pantry door. Justin Reinmuth at other co called within a week of the purchase to schedule the template/measurement appointment & helped me secure a spot on their install calendar for 1 week after the template was measured, yes I said 1 week! When they came to measure the template, my kitchen island had not yet been installed due to an error that I made in the patching of the floor which required some correction, so the island was assembled in the garage for measurement. Justin was very helpful helping me sort that out to ensure that I could keep my install date. And one week later, Colby and Francisco from other co were at my door and installed everything so well that I cannot see any seams at all! Originally I had ordered the range with another distributer but at the time I had requested a telescoping downdraft with the range. While I was in Lowe's discussing my cabinet order, I wandered over to appliance sales and talked to Kirk and he explained that the slide in range and downdraft were not compatible. Luckily I found out before final sale and install that so I canceled the order with the other distributor. Kirk got me all straightened out and helped me special-order the range I wanted and walked me through my choices for a new dishwasher as well. I won't go into detail about my particular model choices because I want to rave about the service I received from Kirk. Kirk was friendly and knowledgeable and thorough. He placed a couple of follow up phone calls with Estimated Times for Arrival to the store and for delivery. The way Lowe's is doing business with us Do It Yourself'ers is why I keep going back and why I don't go to the "orange store".

From start to finish, it was time consuming but exceptional and well worth the investment.

They came within a few days of the carpet arriving. The entire installation was carried out by two people and required most of the day. They did good work and it looks nice. We added some areas because we had extra carpet and they did the work but did not charge for it. Lowe's has a great selection of carpet and we got the carpet we have on sale. I think the price of the carpet was about $2,200. It was medium to excellent quality carpet. The price shown in the list is for installation only.

We were very happy with the service we received at Lowe's. Normally, we would buy our appliances at Frederick's in Redmond, but we went there first and did not get adequate information from the salesmen. In fact, we were told that the refrigerator we ended up buying at Lowe's was not available, and a like model was much more expensive. The delivery men were professional and careful, which was very nice. The only inconvenient part of the experience was dealing with the stupid delivery rebate process. Having to make several phone calls and talk with the manager, as well as physically go back to the store for the additional refund was ridiculous. They should have been able to put another check in the mail to us to make up the difference. It's been 8 months, and the refrigerator is still running great. Hopefully, they've changed their ''free'' delivery process.

Very well. The sales rep was able to answer all my questions, including working out some custom installation issues. The stuff was delivered on time and the crew set everything up well without any damage to anything.

I had a consultation with Debra to design a cabinet for my bathroom. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Purchased the materials, and they sent Amazing Space to install it. I am very pleased with their service. The send someone professional to do the job. I don't have to worry about shoddy work.

THE DOOR GUY HARRY AT LOWES IN BELLEVUE IS AWESOME. HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT DOORS AND HAS LOTS OF GOOD SUGGESTIONS. HE CALLS YOU UP PERSONALLY TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR DOORS ARE IN, EVEN THOUGH LOWES HAS ONE OF THOSE AUTOMATED NOTIFICATION SYSTEMS TOO. HE REMEMBERED ME AND THE DOORS I ORDERED MONTHS LATER WHEN I CAME IN TO ORDER SOME MORE DOORS. IF YOU NEED SPECIAL ORDER DOORS, TALK TO THIS GUY DIRECTLY.

THE WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED TWICE, THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME WITH A DAMAGED WATER HEATER EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NEW. THEY INSTALLED IT TEMPORARILY THEN CAME BACK WITH A NEW ONE. IT WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT OK. THEY APOLOGIZED.

WORK WAS DONE IN THE TIME PROMISED AND THE QUALITY WAS OK. THE ONLY CONCERN I HAD WAS THAT 1) MANY HIDDEN/ADDITIONAL COST AS WE FOUND OUT DURING THE INSTALLATION, FOR EXAMPLE, MOVING FURNITURE/TV, INSTALL BASEBOARD, ETC. 2) TOO MANY FEET OF CARPET WERE REQUESTED TO BE ORDERED, EVEN THOUGH WE CHALLENGED IT.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PROJECT LOWE'S DID. THEY DID ALL OF THE PREP WORK AND CLEAN UP TOO. OUR NEW COUNTERS AND FLOOR LOOK VERY NICE AND WE PLAN TO GO BACK WHEN WE REMODEL OUR KITCHEN.

I FEEL THAT THE CLERK TRIED TO BE HELPFUL TO US, BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER HAD SHE KNOWN WHAT PRODUCTS HAD WHAT FEATURES. THE DELAY IN GETTING THE COPY OF THE BILL WAS A NEGATIVE.
