Cloud Nine Cleaning

I hired him because i was quoted an excellent price of 199.00 I asked if he could do 6 windows inside and he said he could. He then uppped the price to 350 due to the outside windows were more numerous than he thought? He didnt do all the windows outside but the upper windows in the house. I thought I would try him and at one point had to point out he missed a few. After I paid himj and he left the wet windows began to dry and I couuld see streaks from outside and called him an hour after he left .He didn't make any attempt to come back. Asked for pics of the streaks but my android phone and shaded areas were not clear but very clear to the naked eye. He said the windows streaks were probebly the upper windows but still refused to fix it. He finallly said he would refund me 50,00? i was exasperated and disapointed at his total lack of interest and pride of workmanship. I think he lacks the quality you would expect if you want your business to grow. He never sent me the money or answered back after my many attempts to get a small refund, My husband and I touched up mamy of his windows. I obviiously dont reccomend this business. So poor workmanship, not an honest individual.

Better scheduling.

Excellent exterior window washing. On time. Worked steadily until completion. Fair price. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommend . Young man starting his own small business. 5 Stars!
