They were an amazing company to work with. I purchased a deal from Angie's List as this company is so highly rated. They were amazing from start to finish and communicated with me very well. I would highly recommend using this company.

It was fine. They were perfect. They explained what they had to do. They did it in a short amount of time.

This process took 4 hours so be prepared. I had moved furniture prior to them coming, but they pushed it all back for me which was greatly appreciated.

Showed up on time and were very professional.

They showed up with two guys. They were polite, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. They were very thoughtful about not leaving a mess. Did a great job of doing the job in a way that ensured that dust and debris that was cleared from the heating ducts did not in any way find its way back into the house.

The folks were great to work with. They had the harder end since they had to coordinate around a demanding schedule of one of our renters. Once they were in, it was quick and easy. We'll be using them again in 2 yrs, and maybe for airducts before that. The renters said the workers were quick and professional.

Nobody contacted me or followed up. I had to get the service done by someone else. I'm very disappointed.

That was fine. They came out and did the work; it was fine. They came when we called them. They did a fine job. It was funny because when they came out, he said it really didn’t need any time, so I felt bad that I spent some money but I felt relieved and was reassured that everything was fine.

The service from Tony and Keith was excellent! Two weeks before I had made an appointment with a "bargain" company that had offered a coupon in a local flyer magazine. After he had quoted me a close to $2,000 price for just maintenance work and how the boogey man was going to come in and get me, I worked on getting him out of my house a soon as possible. He basically tried to tell me that I was stupid for not accepting his offer. I did more searching and called Better Air Northwest. Even though the price was a bit spendy to me, I felt good about what I heard from Ken when I called. He explained in detail what they did and did not pressure me into any decisions. Sharon was very pleasant on the phone when I set up the appointment. Tony and Keith were very professional and walked me through each and every step of the process. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again!!

It was good. They cleaned it out. They seemed thorough and they seemed knowledgeable. They came on time. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess. I would use them in the future.

Jason and an assistant performed the work. They pulled out the dryer, vacuumed behind it, cleaned the vent, and shored up the connection between the vent hose and vent. Jason recommended that I replace the vent hose; I happened to have a new one on hand and he replaced it and tested it - no additional charge. He also talked with me about some of their other services (duct cleaning, etc.) I need to have my ducts inspected and likely cleaned so will definitely give them a chance to bid. I would also use them again for dryer vent cleaning.

.Excellent from beginning to end. Tony and Tanner did the cleaning in 3 1/2 hours. They were very professional and trustworthy. They showed me their filters and cleaning equipment before they started and also at the end to show the debris that they picked up in the process. They also took before and after pictures of a few of the ducts. I would hire this company again and would recommend them to friends and family.

The team was professional and showed up on time for both services. We were quite impressed with the process, and with the explanation of the Air Duct cleaning as described during the initial visit. My husband and I totally appreciate the integrity, respect and professionalism of the service team and the management at Better Air Northwest. We can definitely say that they are the 'experts' that we needed, and we will use their services again in the future. A BIG Thank you for how it all was handled!!!

Do not use this company. I purchased an Angies list big deal for a dryer vent cleaning service. A few days latter we had to clean the utility room in order to have it painted, and when we looked behind the dryer it was clear that nothing was cleaned and in fact the vent was not hooked up to the dryer! It looks like it was disconnected for some time as there was an inch of lint/dust behind the dryer (it was everywhere). We are so fortunate that nothing caught on fire! Anyone would have seen this mess and would have alerted us and cleaned it up - had they bothered to look behind the dryer. Given the fact that we were paying for a dryer vent cleaning, it was fair to assume that they should have looked at the dryer vent. I emailed the company and explained the situation and sent photos to them, waited serverals days for their response - and have not seen a response so am posting my experience as a warning to other - stay away from Better Air Northwest .

On time, work done fast, would purchase as a big deal in the future.

They came to do the dryer vent cleaning and discovered the vent wasn't even attached. They made another appt to take care of it and also cleaned our heating ducts. | |Both the field rep and office help were very accomodating and did the job as promised

They also discussed cleaning out the heat vents throughout the house and took the time to explain to me what they did with the dryer vent and what they would do with the heat vents. I will definitely use them to clean the heat vents throughout the house.

They arrived earlier than expected and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I could not tell that they had been there.

The team worked quickly and got the job done. They arrived at the very end of the 2-hour window and I was getting worried, but this was probably due to overscheduling by the dispatchers. I took advantage of an online deal for this service. They didn't try to sell me any additional services but left their card and invited me to use them again if I ever needed the heating ducts cleaned.

The service technicians were prompt, professional and thorough. They did a great job. And while they mentioned other services, there was no sales pitch or push to buy up from what was scheduled. I appreciated this and will certainly use them in the future.
