They made sure to show me how much lint came out and that they had gotten all of the way to the dryer. Wonderful to deal with and the guys were very professional. I'm going to get my ductwork completed by them.

The big deal with Better Air Northwest for dryer vent cleaning and inspection seemed to work out very well. I don't have any complaints. It works better. I think the dryer works better. They were nice kids. The think that I didn't like is they didn't clean up all the dust and do it. They didn't clean up that very well but I would give them an 'A' overall. I would probably use them again in the future.

Patient and professional, they were very understanding when we had to reschedule from our original appointment. The scheduler was always prompt to return our messages and was both supportive and efficient. The two employees who came onsite to perform services arrived early, were clean, professional, polite, got right to work, were thorough, made a few suggestions for maintenance, and avoided any hard sales pitches. We were very pleased with the services and the value.

I bought their sale coupon for $50 and that covered the job. They called first, as requested,arrived on time. They explained what they would do and were finished in about 1/2 hour. I will keep them in mind for other duct work if Roth cannot do the job.

Tony and Corey were the nicest and must helpful employees that any employer want to hired. Everything went fantastic. They did a fantastic job. They showed us how much they collected from the cleaning and point to us which part is the dust, dirt, fiber and industry.

The team of two gentlemen came out and cleaned out the dryer vent and laundry area of any lint or dust. Very simple but now we know we're clear from any issues with our new house. They also checked out our HVAC system and had some recommendations. Good service.

They were quite good. I would use them again. They were really personable and I thought they were a nice team. It was a two-person team and I got the sense that it was a more experienced employee mentoring a younger person that they were bringing on board. I thought that was kind of cool and they seemed like a good team.

Plainly put, these guys are the best at what they do. They cleaned all furnace vents and dryer vents and were communicative, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Actually, I insist that you do if you want the job done right. And no, I don't work for these guys; I'm just a satisfied customer.

Went terrific. Tony did a good job and explained additional services which they offer. Will probably use in the future when he has furnace duct work cleaned.

Tony and Tanner called ahead of time to say they would be a half-hour late. We appreciated the heads-up and they then arrived as promised. They began with a walk-through to identify the rooms and registers. They showed us the clean and new filters they installed on their equipment before they arrived. This was the first of several opportunities they gave us to see the 'before' and 'after' conditions during the process. Tony explained the process they would follow in detail which we found fascinating since there was so much to it and we had never had this done before. They moved through each room and meticulously cleaned each register while noting anything we should be made aware of. In one case there was fresh evidence of mice presence which alerted us to take further action on that. The process continued in the garage at the furnace where they attached a very large, powerful, and well filtered vacuum to the incoming duct on the furnace. Starting with the 'Return' side, they pulled the loosened dust, dirt, and debris out while allowing us to see the flash-lighted flow. Wow! Then they cut a very neat hole in the plenum (an open space leading to the 'Supply' side of the ducting) and pulled out the loosened material while showing us the flow in like manner. Double-Wow!! They showed us the filters on their equipment and while we knew there would be a lot to see as they pulled it out, we were truly surprised at the huge amount of it that had accumulated over the years. When they completed the cleaning, Tony helped us install a new high-quality passive filter in the electrostatic filter that had previously stopped working. He explained that this method of filtering was far superior to the electrostatic approach which we appreciated hearing because we saved the cost of repair on that. Oh, and they also tossed in a free dryer exhaust duct cleaning that Tanner had to crawl into a wet and muddy crawl space (under the back yard decking) to get to! As an aside, we also appreciated the recommendations they gave us for work their affiliates would be able to do elsewhere on the house. In view of the quality work they provided, they were understandably proud of the quality provided by their affiliates and this gave us confidence in them as well. Tony and Tanner were so helpful in so many ways, including their volunteering to help us with the arduous task of moving a very heavy artificial Christmas tree to the garage, which we very much appreciated! They explained that 'going the extra mile' was something they prided themselves on and we can certainly see why! We always go to 'Angie's List' first when we look for service providers because of their proven ability to list superior and reliable people. 'Better Air Northwest' was a hallmark example of one such recommendation. We also received a 10% discount as Angie's List members, which was great! All-In-All, we want to to say that Tony and Tanner provided prompt, knowledgeable, highly skilled, friendly, and 'Go-The-Extra-Mile' service; the kind you don't really see a lot of anymore - or at least they are hard to locate - unless you have an edge like 'Angie's List'!! A sincere and heartfelt Thanks to Everyone for a job well done!!

Friendly service, great people, on time and cleaned up at end of job. We are having them back to do our heating vents. Would recommend them to others.

That went great. They came in and took care of the thing right away. I think there were two technicians who came out. They mentioned that they were able to clear out the build-up in the dryer vent. They also provided some advice on maintenance on what to do in the future. They were on time and scheduling went well. They were also efficient and quick.

While I had to call Better Air for the appointment, everything else went fine. Everyone from the office staff to the field staff were polite and professional. The field staff had good communication and let me know they could come a bit early (which I appreciated).

Company did not contact me to schedule appt after I purchased my coupon. So had to call them myself to schedule. Staff arrived on time. Were very professional. Did work as described. Made a second appt to have them clean all the vents in the house.

They had noticed a piece that was detached. They actually came to Home Depot with us to pick out the extra piece to reconnect the hose. They reconnected the hose. It came to about $55 in total with the part. They were fantastic! I recommended them to my Mom and she hired them.

It appears that Angie's list may need to improve their mechanism to communicate with providers once a service has been requested. The benefit of using Angie's list (and having to pay for it) is having a one stop shop to review, find, and schedule services. If I wanted to contact each provider on my own time, I would just use Google to find providers and not pay for an Angie's List Account.

Due to some e-mail difficulties we did not connect on the first try, but upon calling their office, they knew who I was and explained that they had been trying to reach us and schedule the cleaning. They immediately scheduled the cleaning for the same day I called. Their tech. was out to the house within an hour or so from calling their office. They arrived on site, were very professional and knowledgeable and were in and out of the house in about 1 hour. They even removed the lint screen collector and cleaned the debris inside and the surrounding area.

Job went very well. I asked, up front, if Tony would explain the project - what he planned to do and how he planned to do it. He was very accommodating - told me exactly what they planned to do and then had me watch the vacuum process and see the results. Good job. I thought the cost was fair. It took two men approx. 3 hours.

Tony and Tanner were personable and professional. They were able to clean the dryer vent even though they had to go under the house 3 times because the venting hose was not the correct kind so it kept disconnecting.What I would really like to mention is the way they went above and beyond their job. In the course of their time here I mentioned to Tony that we had been without heat for 2 1/2 days during the cold snow storm and that the heating companies that I called said they were too busy to come out for several more days. He was appalled. He called his boss who then called a friend who owns a heating company. They came that very day and fixed my heater. I was and am very grateful that their are people out there that not only do their job but they also care. So a big shout out for Better Air Northwest and Chuck's heating and cooling.

They were fine. They did a good job. They did keep me prized that there gonna be late, as long as they did that, I'm fine with that.
