Great job, both guys were polite and professional. They made sure there was no mess and were in and out before I thought they would be. They showed me what their screens looked like before and after cleaning so I knew what happened on the job. They even showed me where my dryer's vent was I had no idea where it was.

Chad cleaned out my vent both from the inside at the machine and outside through the exterior vent. He shortened up the venting from machine to the wall, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. Chad was very professional, pleasant, and helpful. I was lucky enough to get scheduled promptly after my initial contact, and Chad was on time and completed the job so quickly. Great value!

The same problem has cropped up again so they are checking the vent again.

The job, once seen to, went well. There was some confusion over the appointment time, but after speaking with the very apologetic and responsive scheduler, I'm not sure if that miscommunication was more the 'fault' of the company or the tenant who made the appointment. That confusion over the appointment date is the only reason I'm grading them a 'C' on punctuality, but really, I put all that in the realm of normal 'human error' and not something that would keep me from using them again.

Matt and Chad came out to do a pressure test as part of my HVAC install. The house failed miserably. I asked if they could fix it and after a bit of discussion they decided they could get it done the same day. They also agreed to do a cleaning since they would be doing the sealing anyway. When they were done they retested and the house passed 2% under the minimum requirement. They worked quickly and were nice enough to remove their shoes each time they came in the house without being asked. They also were very kind to my daughter and let her help with anything she could. They even called her back for her jobs when she got distracted. Over all they really seemed to enjoy their job and made it pretty fun for my daughter. She has even asked a few times when they are coming back.

210All of my dealings with Better air were what I always hope that maintenance and construction projects will be, but often are not. Owner Matt Brunsch inspected the system and explained the process and gave me a very competitive bid. After we accepted the bid, we scheduled the work. Lead technician Tony Nefediew and his assistant arrived on schedule and got to work. Not only were they very thorough and neat, Tony discovered a mechanical problem in our duct work that our furnace installer overlooked. Tony explained the problem and did a temporary fix. I called my furnace company and they agreed that Tony was correct in assessing the problem. Better Air went the extra mile and there was no extra charge. I will definitely call Better air back to clean the duct work in my home.

They arrived a head of time and were very professional. I showed them the dryer vents and they went right to work. It was fast, easy and they returned everything back in the right places. Simple service, but glad I got it done.

Since it was several years that I had gotten my dryer vent cleared out, I took advantage of a half price deal and had Tony and his assistant from Better Air NW come out and clean it. On the day of the appointment I was given a couple of phone calls to notify me approximately what time they would be in my area, which was appreciated as it let me get errands done and not sit around waiting. My dryer vent was relatively short and was cleaned out within minutes. Tony and his protege were very courteous and friendly throughout the visit.

Tony, the lead technician clearly explain the entire process prior to starting. He showed me the before and after filter used. It was gross to say the least! I will reuse Better Air Northwest services and I will definitely refer them to everyone I know. Job well done!

The guys were scheduled to arrive between 3 and 4:30, I had told the dispatcher that I would not make it home until 3:15, but they didn't get the message. They waited for me anyway, and left a message for me on my phone. Even though I kept them waiting, they were extremely courteous, and did not act put-out. They had to get into the crawl space to find the end of the dryer hose to re-attach it to the outside vent, and then they had to run a cleaner brush through the hose to clear out the lint. The trap door to the crawl space had been nailed shut by the house's previous owner, but they carefully got it open, and got the job done. when they were finished, they even checked the air filter on my furnace because the thermostat was registering a "change filter" message. Overall, they had to deal with some snags for what they thought was going to be a routine job, and all I paid was $50 because I got an Angie's List coupon. But though it all they were really nice, polite, and professional. I would hire these guys again in a minute (even without the coupon).

Last month I took advantage of one of Angie?s List Big Deals and had Better Air Northwest clean out my dryer vent. While Lawrence and Edgar were at my home they asked me when I had my air vents cleaned last. A little embarrassed, I replied, ?never and I just finished redecorating/painting my entire home, including ceilings and didn?t want to have my home messed up?. When they opened one of my floor vents to look inside I was shocked. After very carefully explaining the process to me, reassuring me there would be no mess and going over the reasons that I should have this done, I made an appointment. They arrived right on schedule, showed me all the equipment they would be using and walked through the house going over each detail and how the process would be done. From that point on it they proceeded to go to work. Upon completion they showed me some of what they had collected. One of the items was a glass soda bottle that was left from the original construction crew 12 years ago. I could not have been more pleased with these two gentlemen and the work that was done. The company is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

We hired them with a Groupon to do just the dryer vent cleaning. They did a very professional job, showing me what they were doing along the way. We hired them to come back and clean all the vents in the house. Again, they were professional, on time, friendly, showed us everything they were doing and left the house as clean as when they arrived.

I bought this as a deal on Angie's List. BAN called me within 24 hours to schedule service, and after hearing the state of our dryer vent, the kind scheduler fit us in that week. My husband dealt with the employees who arrived, and said they were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. A great experience - money well spent for a task that was dispatched so quickly with their vacuum.

they called in the morning to let me know what time they would be there. I was nervous because i had pruchased the coupon online and I was sure they would tell me that I needed to pay extra because ther dyrey vent is in the attic or they didn't have the right equipment. They arrived on time and told me not worry they work on townhomes all the time and that they would take care of it. It took them about a half hour, they even removed their shoes to protect our brand new carpets

We were very pleased with Tony and Tanner's work!! They called 20 minutes in advance of their arrival. They arrived a few minutes early. Before starting any work they toured our home and showed us what they planned to do. They were very articulate and courteous. We were particularly concerned about the clothes dryer air duct because it had not been cleaned in at least ten years. We asked them to move the clothes dryer and clean the air duct from both ends, which they told us was not necessary but did it anyway without complaining. We also asked them to clean the dryer air duct twice from one end which they also did willingly. They showed us how to change the furnace filter which we is relatively easy but we had no idea how to do it. And finally they left our home very clean with very little evidence they had been there. We will definitely use them to clean our air ducts in the future.

Good. Arrived on time. Was polite and profession with my tenant (my sister). She said they were easy to work with, were not pushy about add-on sales, and did a quality job. Just what I look for.
