They were professional and polite. They called to confirm the appt, they called to confirm they were on the road, they called to let me know how long it would take to get to my house. They cleaned up after themselves. They were careful and thorough.

They went above and beyond what they were asked to do, and I'd definitely use them again.

A+++ What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Molli was warm and friendly when scheduling the appointment. She was able to get me in within two days of my calling to schedule the service. The day of the appointment, I was called and told they would be here at 12:30. They were here at 12:28....very punctual! Matt and Lawrence were a wonderful team. They were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they were going to do and did a fantastic job! I will be calling them again next year. Thanks!

Mollie was able to schedule the job for the afternoon. Tony called and said they had an opening earlier and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Tony was very polite and professional, they took off their shoes when they entered my house. They reconnected my dryer and even when up on roof to make sure vent was cleaned. I will use them again, this company was very organized, polite and professional!

It went well. They checked the hose from my dryer to the vent outside and removed the built up lint that was causing the problem. They performed a helpful service for a great price.

Everyone from the person I spoke with on the phone to schedule an appointment to the two gentleman that took care our system did a really fantastic job. They explained everything perfectly and kept me informed all along the way. They were great with my dogs as well. They were on time and efficient. My home has better air pressure and smells much cleaner now that all of the dog hair is out of the system. I would definitely recommend this company. I appreciated their friendliness from the beginning. I felt confident and secure with the guys the entire time. No one tried to up sell me on anything. Lawrence called ahead to let me know they would be here on time or a little before, which I really appreciated. They were very friendly and professional. He answered a few questions I had and they did the job in a short time. I hope to use them again soon to clean my house vents.

The service was great! The guys were very cordial and professional, and did a great job. The vent hadn't been cleaned by the previous home owner in a while, so there was quite a bit of lint in it.

I requested a refund because I ordered twice, accidentally. Angie's List web site is the problem, and this response form is ridiculous. I'm having to "review" a service provider over a week before the service is provided just to get a refund of the double payment! I gave the provider an "A" rating, because I didn't want to hurt it's ratings, but honestly, I have no idea whether or not it's merited.

The service went very well. I had used the company before in the past. They have cleaned our air ducts as well. The technicians do a great work and are very polite. They always send 2 guys to make sure everything gets serviced appropriately. They always let you know if they will be running late and scheduling is very easy. I have recommended this company to other, as well.

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided, from the office staff scheduling the appointment, to the service technicians. They were friendly, professional and got the job done.

It was great. The only thing was I told them that I wanted the 8 o’clock appointment, I think that was the first appointment of the day and I said I won’t be home until 8 because I take my kids to school. They showed up at 7:30. So there was some kind of problem but my husband was home and he let them in and everything but that was the only miscommunication. He did a great job. My vent was disconnected so the guy entered the house and reconnected it. They went above and beyond what I expected. It was really good.

They did a great job, came on time and were very understanding about my inability (at first) to find the coupon code to validate payment. They were also very happy when I finally found it!

They arrived in the time period specified, explained what they were here to do and how they were going to complete the service. The cleaned out the dryer vent from the outside (with the dryer on blowing the lint out) and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service and professional staff!

I originally called Better Air Northwest to clean & inspect the dryer vent with the $50 special. I had also discovered our dryer ductwork was not hooked up in our crawlspace. A year earlier, I had a really nice dryer hose installed on my dryer that was so good, I assume it blew the old ductwork off in the crawlspace without me knowing. Jason & Ethan arrived 4/29 to perform the cleaning & inspection. Ethan re-installed the dryer duct in the crawlspace. Cleaning of the dryer duct was minimal since most of the lint was in the crawlspace. After talking to Jason, I decided to have them come back and install new solid dryer ductwork at a quote of $150-200. Jason & Ethan came back on 5/13, installed the solid dryer ductwork in the crawlspace replacing the old flexible ductwork, and vacuumed the lint in the crawlspace. I hoped it would cost $150. We were charged $200. Even though we?re Seniors, I don?t think we got the10% Senior Discount Better Air Northwest offers. I think you have to ask for the Senior Discount, and I totally forgot to ask.

Excellent! We had Tony as our primary contact - he was knowledgable, professional and just overall a nice, genuine person. During the process of cleaning our dryer vent - Tony noticed a leak. When they came back to clean out our other vents, they opened up the ceiling to a wall of lint - very scary. Tony and another gentleman came here during some pretty harsh winter weather and stayed as long as they needed to to get the job done the right way - we appreciated this greatly. I have no bad things to say about our experience, cost was reasonable, information was valuable and Tony was a great person to work with.
