Vent cleaning was fine. They arrived on time and cleaned out the vent quickly.

The company did nothing wrong and personnel were pleasant and professional. The service just did not meet my expectations based on previous cleaning of the venting by another company. The equipment used to clean out the vent was a drill with extensions and a brush on the end of it that can be purchased online or at a big box store. Cleaning was done from the exterior and nothing from the interior in my laundry room. The dryer was turned on to blow the lint out. While certainly lint was removed and bagged up, I am not confidant that all lint was removed. This may be a common procedure for cleaning ducting and I am not attempting to ding this company, however here's my prior experience: My previous duct cleaning several years ago by another company that I lost track of, involved much more. My dryer was moved in the laundry room for access to the venting inside, and it was checked for lint build up. Then the ducting was suctioned out from the exterior and interior venting using powerful truck vacuum equipment in addition to brushes. I felt confidant that there was no residual lint in my dryer system. I am sure this company does competent work, it just did not meet my expectations of how I wanted my ducting for my dryer cleaned.

It went very well. They were able to get me on the schedule the day after I called. On the day of the appointment they were running ahead and called to ask if they could come early, which worked out very well for me that day. Both technicians were friendly and courteous and did the job in about 20 minutes. When I made the appointment the previous day, I asked if they would honor a 50% off coupon (from the usual $100.00 fee) from Angie's List. Because this visit involved more than cleaning out the vent (going into the crawl space to take apart the vent and retrieve the stuck lint brush) I was told that the coupon didn't exactly apply. However, they immediately offered to split the difference with me and charged me $75.00 + tax for the visit. Excellent service all around!

I live in a rental home that has one of the worst dryer vent set-ups imaginable, in which the vent runs under the living room and terminates outside along a stone patio. Storm runoff gets into the vent and makes a muddy mess of the dryer lint. The technician was able to clean the vent, and now my dryer dries clothes again. The nature of this vent will necessitate frequent cleaning, and I will use this company again.

Guys showed up on time, got right to work and got the job done very quickly. Dryer vent cleaning is a pretty simple job, and they got it done. Good guys. I'd have no problem having them do it again next time.

The individual who performed the service showed up on time, was professional and courteous and made sure to clean up any mess that was created from the cleaning. Bought the deal for $50 and Molli called right away to set up the appointment. They came out and the worker called to let me know that the vent had rusted. He patched it but recommended replacement. He even sent a photo of the damaged vent. I agreed and he came back days later and did the repair. They were great.

OUTSANDING, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL

Very well. They were ahead of schedule and called to ask if they could move the appointment up an hour - which we did. This is an outside job, and they were very clean and professional. I watched them at work, and was amazed at the amount of lint which came out of the vent. They then cleaned up after themselves, and were on their way in about 30 mintues, end-to-end.

That turned out great. The technician came out and was here for about 10 minutes. This was for an older dryer and in the inspection he mentioned that there was no lent in the vent. They cleaned all they could and checked everything. They relieved me of a noise that was coming from the dryer too.
