Better Air Northwest

There's not a lot of details to provide. The 2 person team (led by Matt) thoroughly cleaned out the dryer vent - from the outside in. Previously I had the outside vent screened over to keep birds out, and they took it off to clean that end of the vent, replacing the screen once they were done. Matt took the time to advise what they found and how often this service needs to be performed (every 3-5 years). Both guys were extremely polite and friendly. It actually was a pleasure doing business with them. I wish there was more I could add, but basically they did the job they were hired for, and did it well. I would definitely recommend this company for any dryer or duct work.

Better Air Northwest was fantastic! It had been several years since I had had the dryer vent cleaned, and Better Air did a much better job than the previous company. They were extremely thorough and showed me all the material that was removed. Very knowledgable, polite, and thorough!

They did a fabulous job cleaning the dryer vent. and we immediately saw an improvement in the drying time for our clothes. They also went into the crawl space to inspect and reinforce the existing hose which I feel was outstanding service. I will always use this company in the future for any air duct or dryer vent work I need.

There were some issues with service people calling multiple times in an effort to show up early but overall I was very happy. They did a good job, and their office even offered to give me a full refund but I told them that wasn't necessary and settled for a Starbucks card. I'd rather have a company call too many times to try coming early rather than their not showing up at all or not communicating. I appreciated their effort.

Very smooth, I called first to make sure they serviced my area and they did. (Columbia County) We scheduled the appointment and I purchased the service through a daily deal. They showed up on time and were very professional. The dryer now works great!

Scheduling was super easy. I asked for a quote via their web page and after a couple emails back and forth we had it all figured out. They showed up on time did a great job cleaning everything. Their service guys were very polite and had the job done in just a couple hours. I was really impressed at the service provided and the people who both cleaned our vents and help set up the appointment. We will definitely be using them for our next vent cleaning.

Went well, prompt, quick and effective

Took forever and MANY phone calls and emails to get scheduled but once that worked out, service was fine.

So courteous and professional. Very easy to talk to and kind to my 3 year old who wanted to watch everything and ask questions galore! Great service. Will be using them when we clean our vents in the near future.

The vents are working better since the cleaning. They were good.

I received a prompt response to my inquiry, and the company scheduled us for their earliest available slot, which was two weeks out. Tony and Randall were to come between 8:00 and 9:00; we received a call before 8:00 saying they were stuck in traffic and would be delayed, but they still showed up well before 9:00. They introduced themselves and were very friendly, and I appreciated the fact that they took their shoes off at the door. They asked for a tour of the house so they could determine where the vents and air returns were located and Tony provided a detailed explanation of what they would be doing as we went. They worked very efficiently and. except for the necessary noise from the vacuums, were not at all disruptive. When he removed the filter from the furnace, Tony pointed out how dirty it was and said that it would be counterproductive to put it back into a clean system. Since we had none on hand, I went to Home Depot and bought a new one for them to install. When they were finished, they showed me the dust and debris that had come out of the ducts and dryer vent, confirming the wisdom of our decision to have the work done. They left after 2.5 hours without any evidence that they had been here, except for the fact that our ducts and dryer vent are now cleaner than they have likely been in a long time.

Great service from start to finish. On time, finished quickly, job was done exactly as described. They removed all the dryer lint using the exterior access vent and it was amazing how much stuff was in there. And they cleaned it all up before they left.

Better Air Northwest went above and beyond when they cleaned our under-slab dryer vent. They promised they wouldn't leave until they figured out the problem and ended up working past normal quitting time. They even came by the next day to check to see if the dryer was working properly. The owner and his team very knowledgeable, pleasant, funny, and a joy to have in our home. We definitely will use Better Air Northwest again and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Fine I guess. Hard to see results on this service by anyone. Seems that dryer dries better. They were on time and courteous.
