They did great and they did a good job. They came within a week after I asked them. They stayed within the $50 big deal price as it was supposed to be. They were just very helpful and personable. They gave us good advice. They were just great and knew what they were doing. I probably won?t need them because the dryer is not vented in a very easy way. They told us why it filled up with stuff, what they did was just above and beyond. They were great. I will surely use them again if needed.

Tony and Randall were great. They were here on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I also wanted an estimate on adding a heat vent to a room that used to be a garage, now my office. Randall, quite the trooper, suited up with body suit, headlight and mask to crawl on his belly in my very not glamorous crawl space. I was impressed with the amount of time Tony and Randall took to determine where a cement wall was located under the house that could be a problem for installation. Very conscientious. Impressive!

Wonderfully! He was thorough, knowledgable and gave us lots of tips on how to take care of the vents in the house. I'm not certain about how much we paid for this service but I do know I remember thinking the price was fair and the service remarkably well done. I would certainly use him again.

Very professional. They identified an issue with an air duct and repaired it. Also cleaned some vents by going into the crawl space as the vents were sealed shut and not accessible.

It was GREAT. He even educated me on how to do it myself next time considering the length of our vent and ease of access.

Tanner and Edgar arrived within the 2 hour appointment window and performed a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent. Both were very courteous and professional. The job took about 20 minutes.

The team was professional and timely. They explained the process before starting the job and made sure they answered any questions we had after the job was done. Overall, thorough, professional and quick. We were very happy with the service.

We realized we had never cleaned the dryer vent at our rental and that it was a fire hazard. The two service people called a head and arrived on time. They were courteous, professional and explained all the work. They pulled a basketball size amount of lint out of the dryer vent hose. Then they came to our primary residence and cleaned out the dryer vent hose and furnace ducts through out the house. Again we appreciated their professionalism and explanation of the multiple steps for cleaning out dust, cat hair and other debris from the ducts. We thought the price was reasonable for the dryer vent; $50 per dryer hose with the Angie list discount. The total cost for dryer vent and furnace ducts was $365. We would hire this company again.

It was fine. They came when they said they would, and said that it wasn't really that bad. They did the job. I wasn't actually home when they came, my son was home. He said that they showed up on time. He showed them where the vent was, they went and cleaned it, and it was good.

Very well. They worked hard and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

Tony and Randal were scheduled to arrive between noon and 1:00PM. Tony called me to say that he was running a little late and that they would most likely arrive around 12:40 and wanted to make sure that was fine. I appreciate that kind of a call. The truck showed up, introductions were made and a short tour of the home was made to show off all of the registers and returns. Tony and Randal explained what type of work would be done answered all of my questions. Tony took the time to show me the inside of a great big blue vacuum to show me the filter -white and new. Randal showed me the inside of the shop vac used to clean out the air ducts. That too looked super clean inside, and had a brand new filter. Throughout the time they were at the home, they would explain what they were doing, answer questions, or let me know if they were having trouble (with a wood register in this case). There was one wood register that just wouldn't come up easily. I gave them the go ahead to get it out however they could, and it popped out of the floor (unbroken -phew!). The air ducts in this house were clogged with debris from construction, animal hair, dust, fine dust all kinds of stuff. At the end of their work, I was shown the amount of dust coming out from the furnace going to their big blue vacuum. It was a tornado of dust billowing out. Tony finished sucking out all of the dust and then sanitized the air ducts and showed me the filters in the vacuums. The filter in the blue vacuum was filled with dust and debris. It went from a white filter to a dark grey filter and had all sorts of fine dust. Randal then opened up the shop vac. I could not believe what it looked like inside. It was filthy and filled with all sorts of stuff. The team left the home and I am feeling much better about the air that I am breathing in my home!

I wasn't able to be here when he came, but my husband was and was very pleased with the service. Yes we would use them again.

Came right on time and I showd them what was wrong. They cleaned the vent really good and cleaned up the huge mess of lint outside of the vent. Took them awhile because it was plugged pretty good but it worked great when they were done.

The team at Northwest was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. We just purchased our home and thought the dryers needed to be replaced. However, the duct work beyond our filter was clutered with countless cycles of drying time before our ownership. The guys spent a lot of time making sure everything was clear and our dryer filter and vent looked new when they were finished. One dryer vent was on our roof. I was concerned about the technician climbing on our expensive wood shake roof; however, he reassured me that he actually brought cork bottom shoes with him so he wouldn't damage the roof. And sure enough, he changed into cork shoes to step out onto the roof to clean the vent. These guys are prepared and do a great job.

If you live in an old house and are on the fence about having the ducts cleaned, DO IT. NOW. I wish I could unsee the mounds of dust, lint, wood, and concrete pieces that Better Air pulled out of our system. Tony and Randall did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts of the 104-year-old house we just bought. They were friendly and very thorough when explaining their process. They also took the time to show me all the gory details of their findings. It turns out our house had an air intake vent that had been covered and seemingly used as a construction debris dumpster at some point in the past. It?s great to know we?re no longer breathing several decades worth of someone else?s dust and trash. I would absolutely use Better Air NW again.

My daughter used their service and I wasn't there (and honestly don't recall the date) but she reports they were very professional, very helpful and she can now use her dryer again. So All Good News!

They did a thorough and great job. We asked them to do two services and paid for both. This required them to coordinate with both of our renters in each side of the duplex. The tenants were happy and so are we.

The job was to clean the dryer vent and they accomplished that. They even mentioned what to watch for for "next time". See above for the whole story.

The appointment was set up and the service was done in a timely manner. We were happy with the service provided and would use them again.

They called as promised 1/2 prior to their arrival. Introduced themselves, friendly. Explained what they were going to do and after they were done they told me what they had done.

The service provider promptly set up the date for the service. The person who came did a good job of cleaning the dryer vent. He also pointed out that the dryer vent outlet was opening into the crawlspace and was a fire hazard. He strongly suggested that we setup a different appointment where they would extend the duct all the way to the outside vent. We fixed a followup appointment for this. Again, the service was provided was top-notch.

It was outstanding. We had used them in November and decided to have them come back out to do more work for us. They were on time, their equipment was all modern. They tested to see where any leaks were and then they tested after to ensure that it was going to save us. It was a dramatic improvement. They were very thorough and very professional, as well as very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Three floors were demolished and new tile installed. Lots of dust. We needed help now but the next scheduled date was 10 days out. Jolly heard my sad story and offered to put us on an as available schedule at the end of the day, cutting our wait time in half. I got a call the day of service saying they might be running a little late. I said, I'm great full for the Salk and appreciate that they would take the time to finish a job and do it right. They were about 1/2 hour late but they stayed for 3 plus hours to finish my job. They explained every step of the process and took the time to show me the results of their work at each step. It took the mastery out of the process for mr and gave me a lot of confidence in the process and great care and pride of workmanship they gave to each job. Jason and Rick introduced themselves at the very start and expressed. That were we're glad to be working for me. And the job exceeded my expectations. I just felt the air was much cleaner after they were done. It's been 24 hours now and no more dust is flying out of the air ducts. Great company, very personable and technically competent.
