The two service people called a head and arrived on time. They were courteous, professional and explained all the work.

This is the first time that we've had this done in the seven years we've lived in our home. Our dryer is in the middle of the house. So our vents our probably 22 feet long or something close to that. They cleaned this vent and removed a lot of lint and debris. It was shocking to see how much buildup was in there. I'm not sure that this is something that we would do annually but we will definitely not wait another seven years. The guys were very professional. They also explained the entire process beforehand. They also suggested a future service of having our hvac system cleaned. They also explained this entire process so if we ever decided to do this, we know exactly how much it would cost and what's involved. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Very polite, arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem to be a large amount of lint on a grating type piece of cross-work metal the builder hadn't removed from the vent - so they left it out. Also quickly cleaned out the vent from the outside. If I would suggest improvement, I've seen that other services clean out the vent from both sides - I was also told that the aluminum hose from the dryer to the vent in the laundry nook was a bit long and that i should cut it. Would have been icing on the top for them to offer to do this really quick or to offer it for a small monetary amount - but that's asking a lot of vendors nowadays who are in a rush. And that brings me to my only general improvement feedback - which is that the folks seemed a bit rushed and didn't answer a lot of questions fully. I would totally ask them to come by again but I would be more assertive in asking questions as they are in a rush to get to their next job.

Lead Tech Jason arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent. Service was fast and efficient. I appreciated the quick service and excellent price.

It went very well. They were on time and cleaned the vent pipe thoroughly. After cleaning there was a lot of lint on the ground outside, which they picked up and removed. I noticed after they left there was a small gap between the dryer hose and the vent pipe, so I contacted Better Air Northwest to ask for help reattaching it. They were very helpful and sent a crew back to my house the next day. They not only reconnected the dryer hose to the vent pipe, they taped it securely so it wouldn't come loose in the future. They also connected the dryer hose more securely to the dryer than it was before. There was no additional charge for any of this extra work! The 2 guys were very friendly both times they were out. We will definitely use them to clean the dryer vent tube every year from now on.

I had a coupon for the service. Everything was excellent. The workers were courteous and professional. They were on time.

Everything went as expected. They cleaned out 10 years of accumulated dryer lint, greatly increasing the air flow and improving drying efficiency. I had tried doing it myself, but it's nearly impossible to do without the proper tools. Well worth the $50.

I recently moved into this house, and found the dryer venting poorly. The men found and removed a huge pile of lint, and thoroughly cleaned the 20 foot vent pipe and the venting parts of my dryer. It now dries twice as fast as previously. They were good to work with and very pleasant while here.

It was fine. They did a good job. We were having problems with the dryer and it seems to be working. We did not pay extra for the deal. I would use them again.

Scheduling appointment for cleaning vent was quick and easy. Workers actually were running ahead of schedule. Gave us a call to see if that would be okay with us -- which was great...! Were polite and professional. Work was done quickly and the left my house as clean as it was before the job was done. We mentioned that we had never liked having the dryer vent on the roof. They said that relocating dryer vents was one of the services that the company provided. Went down in our crawlspace to see if it would work to relocate through that area. Gave us a couple recommendations and an estimate to do the job. Came out the following week and completed the job. Excellent work. Cost: $300.

I will happily pat $50 for someone to do it for me. The job was very thorough and well done. My expectations of the whole process were exceeded. Yes, I know "I could clean the vent myself" and yet I am one of those folks.

These guys were great. We had just purchased a new dryer and needed to have our vents cleaned, as they had never been previously cleaned. The two men came out, were efficient and professional, handled the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. It was unbelievable how much lint, fuzz, and other materials (including a dead bird) came out of our vent . We were fully satisfied with their service and would definitely use again and recommend them to others..

I wanted to speak with the company beforehand, so I gave a call and it was not returned. However, I purchased the offer online, and they responded right away. They were very courteous, efficient, called ahead and were on time to the appointment. The price was a good deal as well.

They showed up pretty close to on time but called that they were running a few minutes behind. Introduced themselves, explained in detail what they were going to do and then did it. They were prompt and efficient. We had to reschedule once and they were responsive to our request. Then they had to reschedule several days later than we wanted, but when we explained how difficult this would be for us due to other contractors we'd staged for after the duct work, we were able to reach a compromise reschedule date. They were responsive, prompt and professional which is a lot more than I can say for many of the other contractors that I've recently dealt with.

Two very pleasant gentlemen showed up and got right to work. Cleaned out the vent quickly and were on their way.

Played a little telephone tag but once got together made an appointment for the following week. Two courteous and professional people arrived on time, got right to work and finished in about 1/2 hour. We have a two story townhouse and the vent had to be cleaned from the second story outside of the building. Workers had all the proper equipment and ladders.

Went fine, but my vent was very close to the outside of the house so they tried to upsell me some new products, which I wasn't very interested in.

I recently purchased a great offer to have my dryer vents cleaned. The service crew arrived in a timely manner, within the expected window of service, and completed the work as agreed. While a modest upsell was provided, when I declined, no additional pressure was applied.

They mainly clean air ducts, but also do dryers. My Samsung dryer makes a low rattle and I was looking for someone to service and or repair and clean the dryer vent. It is a Samsung front loader, less than 2 years old. I appreciated his gracious service. He said there was no charge to clean the vent, since they were here anyway and to call Angie's list back to refund my $50. I really need a service call for inspection and repair.
