I bought the coupon for the dryer vent cleanup. Scheduling was good. I was scheduled between 3-5 and they called that they will be coming after 5. The job was done quickly and orderly.

No problems with provider. My money was refunded.

Matt and his assistant cleaned our dryer vent duct. The dryer is in an awkward location, and the flexible duct that connects it to the fixed pipe in the wall has never worked well. It was far too long and it bunched up when the dryer was pushed into place. Matt was able to shorten this and straighten out some kinks that had restricted airflow. I'd say this was above and beyond basic service, and I was very pleased that he was able to figure out how to correct the problem, something we've struggled with for many years.

The guys were punctual and professional. One stayed inside with me and answered all my questions about dryer maintenance - lint fires are a big fear of mine - while the other did the cleaning. My dryer is located right next to an outside wall so it done very fast. My fears were assuaged and I am much more knowledgeable about how to keep my dryer running smoothly. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to educate me on their process. I will most certainly be hiring them when it's time for another dryer vent cleaning. And I will very likely be giving them a call about coming out to clean the air ducts in my home.

Showed up when they said they would, and called ~20 minutes in advance to confirm. they were neat, thorough and showed results. I had never used this service and was worried about bait and switch or some other issue-no issues. they were timely, thorough, competent, and charged what they said they would. I will use them next time.

I saw the coupon for Better Air on Angie's List, compared the cost with other companies, and based on members' reviews, I called them. Scheduler was very nice and helpful. Owner and his son showed up when they said they would. They had a great tool developed by the owner to run through the dryer vent. We have a long vent with several bends in it. I was amazed at all the lint that was in that vent! A plastic piece on the exterior of house broke off while they were cleaning and they replaced it at no additional charge. I was very impressed at the fine job they did, how well they worked together, how well they cleaned up, and how pleasant they were to have around. I will definitely call them again!

Great from start to finish - the initial phone consult let me know what to expect and the team did exactly that - they called at noon on day of service to say when they would arrive and they were right on time. They walked me through the process they would use and showed me the equipment they would use. Once a quick survey of the hvac system was done they did the work, and answered the questions I had too. I will work with them again for sure. I had an unused voucher for another of their services and they applied its value to this work order which was so nice.

It went very well. they were on time and had the job done in no time. We are going to use them to clean our furnace pipes in the near future.

They were able to get to my home earlier than the appointed time and called to ask if I wanted them to come earlier. There were two guys and they were respectful and worked fast and efficiently. Also, when I called to make the appointment, the gal was very friendly and quick to find an appointment for me. I will use them next for cleaning the heating ducts and vents in our home.

It went well. A few days later though, I realized the flexible duct from the dryer to the vent opening is not cleaned and I thought it would be nice to have an option to have that done as well.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it went fine. I was not there, my wife was there. I think it took about 45 minutes. We would recommend it; everything went good. The price was good. They were really responsive.

Dryer vent was very clogged and they had to clean out from outside and move dryer to get to the hose in back of the dryer. Did an excellent job which improved the efficiency of the dryer. Showed up on time and was quick. Gave good advice on cleaning ductwork

The service went very well and our dryer is back working like new again! Tony was very personable, efficient and thorough. He also made certain to clean all debris. Also, incredibly fast!

Two young men appeared at our door at the agreed upon time having called that they would be 30 minutes late. They were courteous and appropriately dressed and groomed. One man stayed at the dryer with a cell phone while I accompanied the other man to the outlet on the side of our house. He removed several of the swinging louver doors and laid a square of cardboard approximately 2 feet square under the vent. He then used a battery powered drill like device to run a narrow circular metal brush into the duct attaching additional lengths of the "wire rope" cable as needed to reach the dryer with the dyer blowing. He was alerted by the man inside by cell phone when he had reached the end by the dryer and withdrew the rotating wire brush. A considerable amount of lint blew out of the duct. I inquired whether we had more or less than the average amount of lint in the duct. He held up a volleyball size clump of lint and noted that we should have the duct cleaned annually as 89% of house fires are caused by dryer duct lint build-up. He then made a cursory effort at hand picking up lint from the bark dust immediately around the cardboard for less than a minute and carried it on the cardboard to their van. An amount of lint that I would characterize as moderate covered the bark dust in the flower bed around the duct and the barkdust and lawn on the leeward side including a sizable about on the mat on the porch of our garage about 20 feet away. I spent about 20 minutes connecting two hoses to our central vacuum to retrieve as much of the lint from our porch and lawn and barkdust as possible. I took pictures. My complaint is that their supervisor needs to instruct them not to leave lint lying around in the yard and provide a way of their achieving that goal better than a 24 inch square of cardboard.

Great. Turns out the ducts weren't that dirty but I found that out. (they were relatively new) Great service and professionalism from the team that showed up at my house.

Purchased this service on a special coupon offer. Two gentleman came to perform the work. They arrived within the 3 hour window given when I initially made the appointment. Though I obviously could not inspect the work, a picture was taken on one of their cell phones to show me the lint that was removed from the vent. My only compliant, is that later that afternoon I went by the walkway where the work was done and was disappointed that there was quite a bit of lent still there. I had to spend some time sweeping it up so that it wouldn't become a big mess when the rain arrived later that night.

The provider arrived on time. I was not there when they came but my husband was at home. They were nice, professional and completed the job well. Even helped my husband to adjust the dryer.

They called to say they would be early, and were finished within 15 minutes of arriving! They cleaned the dry, and the vent through the wall, to the outside. They also vacuumed up the mess, then left me a card. Great service!

Super professional and thorough. Told me what they were going to do. Updated me as they were doing it. Showed me results after. Very satisfied.

It went great! The two gentlemen that showed up were running late due to the job before mine. However, they were great about calling me and letting me know they would be late and then called again with another update. When they got here, they got right to work and were very friendly and very professional. They were in and out all within 30 minutes. It was a great experience!
