Ed, the owner of Pipeline Mechanical, chose to use a verbal contract for this job. I recommend using only a crystal clear, written contract in any dealings with Pipeline Mechanical. Pipeline Mechanical was prompt and completed work on time. The body spray heads were not located correctly and the Pipeline Mechanical crew promptly corrected the location with no questions asked. Once the job was partially complete Pipeline Mechanical provided a bill for work complete. The bill was higher than we verbal agreed. When the bill was discussed, Ed, the owner, became very unprofessional and unruly. We again came to a verbally agreement that he would be paid $1100 for work performed, and I would find someone else to complete the remaining work. Once again he decided to change what we had verbally agreed to and sent us a bill for $250 more than we agreed on.
Description of Work: Re-plumbed a shower with two shower heads and two body jets, pulled a bath tub, and set a shower pan.
