Make sure all is done to your satisfaction before you pay them. I sent multiple messages to Shannon, the owner, but only got one message back then never heard from him again. I thought I was dealing with a professional but unfortunately it didn't turn out well. :-( Would have been great to be able to leave a good review! Bummer

they were fast and they were responsive immediately and had it done and clean up within from the time of the phone call too the work day. project was completed in a couple of day

This company is very professional/ safe/ smart and hard-working to say the least. You will not find a better tree removal/ trimming company out there

The crew showed up and started before the owner arrived and when he did, the written estimate was $500 more than the verbally agreed to price. Had to get that straightened out. The excuse I was given was that he gave a lot of estimates and could not remember them all! He also did not mention that he does not take credit cards as payment until after the job was started and he wanted a check with the payee line left blank. All of that made me uneasy. When the job was done, I asked to have a few areas touched up, but did not have my husbands input. Well, he came home and asked why a couple of areas had not been trimmed that I had almost asked about. Communicated with the owner about that. He said he would come out and fix it, but that he better get a good rating out of this. Well, his crew showed up and did the requested tree trimming, but made a point of complaining to me repeatedly about how they would be moving on to making money after they were done with me!

On time fast clean up was great and communication was amazing. They were great at saving plants around the trees that were taken down. Very professional helpful and friendly

Upon 1st meeting we were only considering 4 trees to fall. We ended up falling 6 total & skirting the 7th. 2 sickly trees the owner spotted as potential problems & we agreed. They came out on time, ready to work. Took all trees down. We were concerned about 1 tree wrapped around power lines but they took it down, no problem, safely. We asked them to leave the mulch & firewood and they did. They cleaned everything up as well. We highly recommend this company.

The crew were on time, got to work and did an excellent job. They were very polite and professional. My yard looked so much better after they had cleaned up all the downed trees and the trimmed branches. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Great Job, Guys!!!

They came by and gave me an estimate, then did the work three days later. They took about 10 ft off the tops of my 4 aborvitae (sp?) They cleaned up all the branches and took them away. The cost was waaaay less than the auto-generated price of $3400 on Angi. Shannon and his crew were friendly, professional and fast. I will definitely hire them again.

A great group of hard workers who went above and beyond for me. My tree job was difficult but they got it done easily and fast. Even if they were a little bit more expensive than another contractor, I would hire them again. Respectful and friendly crew!

I plan to hire them again on future projects I have planned. Shannon was great to work with sorting out the best way to approach my tree project. He also had a great crew! Hard working and efficient. Very pleased with outcome and having a clean area when they left.

These guys showed up on time and ready to work. I initially hired them to dead limb some trees and haul limbs away from trees I had already cut down. I ended up hiring them for the entire day for a full yard cleanup. These guys did great and worked all day. They saved me hundreds of hours of trying to do it on my own. Well worth the money and will hire them again when I am ready to landscape. Gray friendly crew!

The owner was transparent with all info concerning Bond, Insurance & Estimates. I made me comfortable with signing a Contract within 24 hrs. The 6 man crew started on time. They worked quickly & safely without any breaks. I observed them working very well together using call & respond in the small area. The work was completed as stated in the Contract. The crew was friendly and answered any questions I had. I was very satisfied with the work performed with the exception of two items. First, they had to take off my 20' gate to enter the driveway, no problem - but they forgot to put it back on. Secondly, there was a miscommunication over form of payment. Check vs. Credit Card.

I would definitely recommend these people to someone else, they did an excellent job and I liked the professional way they helped me.

They did all in one he and half. They cleaned it all up and hauled it away.
