It took the company nearly a month to get to my job after I would be told on more than 1 occasion that it would be done this week. After the month, I was told the problem was a personnel one and that the job had never been written up. Ok. That happens. My job would be done that week, I would be notified when they arrived at the property, pictures would be sent to me, and I could pay via credit card. I was told they would arrive at the property in my tent and it was the tenant who sent me the pictures. The job foreman was unaware that I was an absentee homeowner and would not be there to pay the balance of the fee by check. So although the work product was satisfactory, it felt like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing throughout the entire process.

Quick and great value for the money.

Pacific Coast Tree General Contractors,LLC came and gave us an estimate to remove 10 trees and by far was an excellent price. They came out on time and did an amazing job in horrible raining weather. They went above and beyond and picked up all the debris my husband and I had made previously from cutting down smaller trees and bushes. They raked and picked everything up.

The guys did a fantastic job taking down 8 trees. I was really happy with all the work. I would hire them again.

The crew was very efficient and fast. They removed three trees and pruned five others. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they kept me informed when there was a schedule conflict, which only postponed the work by a day. Great guys to work with.

Did a great job falling 2 pine trees with multiple power And cable etc.lines.did have a mishap when a chunk misfired out of the chipper and broke my neighbors rear windshield but it was fixed 2 days later.2 other neighbors also hired them after watching them at my house

They hit my gate and broke it, they promised to fix it, but never came back to do so, several phone calls and texts... Promise after promise, but no delivery. The work they did was decent and good value. Would not recommend them to anyone after my experience.

This is a great company to work with and we are very satisfied with the results. Within 2 days we had a fair estimate, a dangerous tree down, and the job cleaned up well. They were very busy that day, but made sure the job was done right! Stan has been in the business for over 20 years and his knowledge and professionalism eased our concerns and made the job flow easier. I would seriously consider using this company again. We went onto Angie's List, did our research and Pacific Coast Tree General Contractors came up as our choice, thanks guys.

The crew showed up on time and and after discussing the went right to work. They did a great job thinning our maple and removing the old cedar from next to the house. Topped another cedar, dropped several dead trees and much more. Great job. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

they damaged my roof and now they are dodging my calls. I hired these guys to take out a large tree near my house and cut it into firewood size rounds. They did that but in the process they dropped a branch on my roof and punched a hole in it. When i called them they said they would pay for it and i should get a quote, now they are dodging my calls. I get that these things happen when you work close to the house and i was prepared for this, but he said beforehand that he would pay for it if damage did occur and he doesn't seem to be keeping his word.
