The team was awesome.....punctual and even played with my boys in the yard who where fascinated with what they where doing. They did a great job on cutting down only the trees that needed and cleaned up the rest.....I would highly recommend these guys

Wow fast, great work--gave me a quote then 2 days later it was done. Others said 3 weeks to quote! It was a giant 20 x 50 ft wild hedge and now its perfect. Team was friendly and Super Pro. Easy to recommend.

If you hire them they will be right out. Called Monday afternoon, work was complete by next day Tuesday at noon

I started a project in my yard that I thought I could handle it.I couldn t do it alone. So I called on HomeAdvisor.com and got in touch with Pacific Coast Tree General Contractors. They came in and took over all my needs to make my huge yard look fantastic! It would of taken me weeks to their hours to finish. Very Professional, polite,along with safety. Internal communication within the company is an issue. I was called three times to ask if the job was done after it was completed. Don't these guys communicate with each other?

Hard workers who were fast, courteous, did what we asked and completely cleaned up the area.

Poor communication. Stan promised to email the quote after inspection of the project but did not. Texted him the day of the project but no response. Apparently Pacific Subcontracted the job. Alex from the subcontractor said that it is unsafe to trim one tree because it has already split, recommended just cutting the whole tree. But overall, I am happy with the job done by the sub, which I highly recommend.

The crew showed up with 5 vehicles, most were personal cars/trucks and 8 workers for a one-man job. They cut branches off a plum tree that was not scheduled to have them touch, broke various branches off other ornamentals, left a big mess of debris on my front porch and stairs as well as in the street where their limb shredder was parked and did not trim out certain branches that the owner, Stan, and I had arranged. Stan said he would take care of them personally and that was just lip service, as it has been over 3 weeks and despite repeated calls and texting to him the job is not done to my satisfaction. (thumbs down on this company.)

They were a little late showing up for the job but did an excellent job with our trees and they look great! They did an outstanding job protecting our many rose bushes and cleaned up the site as if they had never completed any work! Job well done!!!
