Two painters for two days resulted in a great amount of work beautifully done. They painted a laundry room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom, den, and staircase with a contrast between walls and ceilings. Extremely professional and hardworking crew. Armando is exceptional, keeps in touch, communicates in a timely and accurate manner; great to work with all around.

I purchased a deal for a painter for one day. It took four months for me to actually use the service. I needed exterior painting and weather has not been cooperative. While it is unusual for one painter to paint trim in a day and Armando warned me more than once to lower my expectations, he was able to complete the requested work. I do not have exterior trim around the windows on the back of the house for some reason, which helped. I know I need to paint the whole house, but that's not in the budget for this Spring. The fresh coat of white to the trim provides enough of a pop to get me through the summer for a reasonable expense. Yes, I would hire this firm again. He was responsive and kept his word. He arrived on time and worked consistently.

I guess the owner hired a painter that is close to my location to perform the job. The painter showed up half hour late than scheduled time, toke 1 and half hour for me to walk him through the areas that need touch up. He refused to do any fixes such as small cracks on the wall, he only did touch up on millworks. He also toke half hour for lunch, so the total hours he actually worked was 6 hours not the 8 hours, and the quality of work was poor. I would never hire this company again.

I contacted Armando back in March for a quote. He was the only one I went to and hired him due to all the reviews on Angie's List. We needed the house pressure washed and the trim painted white. He wasn't able to get to it right away due to Mother Nature and the non stop rain we got. As soon as it cleared up for a day he sent his crew out for pressure washing. A week later they were able to go back and finish up the trim. They did a great job painting the trim and doors. There were a few areas where paint on the siding had chipped off during pressure washing. Since I had some left over paint they went ahead and did touch ups on those areas at no extra cost. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if I needed work done.

They did very accurately and patched my wall. I liked the one. Unfortunately i could not convince hire him again for another room.

The painter who was sent was extremely nice and worked hard, but at the end of the day, the paint job was sloppy, with lots of drips and un-evenness. Brushwork in general was poor. I can no longer close my medicine cabinet because he glopped so much paint on the top of the door. And all the rough areas that needed a little sanding and spackle to smooth them out are still rough. The one area he was to scrape and patch a little (just with mud, not a drywall patch), was poorly done and left pretty rough then painted over. Will probably need to hire someone else to come sand all this out and touch it all up. Disappointing!

He did a beautiful job! It looks absolutely perfect now. He went the extra mile to do more than I asked. He used putty or something to make some small repairs when I just expected him to paint over the area. I will definitely use this company again.

Decided to use Marquez based on price and reviews. We agreed to do this as a time and materials job, where I paid by the hour, and supplied rollers, paint and tape. I hired 2 painters for 2 days based on the time required in the other bids. They were going to do ceiling and walls, and I would do the trim. While it is silly to base a judgement on the speed that workers unlace their boots, I do not think I have ever seen anyone unlace their shoes as fast as the two workers. They got right down to work. In one day, they had finished the kitchen and family room. Since I had them for another day, I had them paint 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. I moved out the small things and things on the wall, and they moved everything else. I think I got twice my monies worth from these guys. Great job!

2 guys came in and did a excellent job. They taped up the whole area, cleaned up and didn't take that long. I used them on a Angie's list deal. I would hire them again.

Purchased a coupon for the removal of a few hundred sqft. of popcorn ceiling. Armando and another guy came out on time, did exactly what I expected them to do, charged a reasonable extra amount for a service I knew I needed and fully expected to pay extra for, and cleaned and hauled everything away. It really went well and I'd use them again for sure.

They did a great job! They were always prompt to start the day and worked hard all day. They cleaned up at the end of each day and updated us on the projected length of the project. If we have future painting needs, I will definitely be contacting them.
