My daughter was moving into a new apt with a 3 year old grandson so I wanted to have the carpet thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I remembered hearing about HomeAdvisor so I checked out their website on late Fri night and they recommended Green Valley Carpet Cleaning. David contacted me immediately first thing the next morning and hearing my dilemma of needing last minute cleaning, he rearranged his schedule and came out that afternoon, punctually. He reassured me that he only uses eco-friendly products that are child safe. He gave me an estimate over the phone just by my description alone. He honored the estimate when he saw the scope of the work and when I added cleaning the stair treads (which looked like they have never been cleaned), he only charged very reasonable, nominal extra. In spite of having to rearrange his schedule, he took his time and did a thorough job. My daughter and I couldn't be happier with the result. Proof of this in the fact my grandson is frolicking in clean carpet in his pull-up and barefeet! I would highly recommend David for his total commitment to providing courteous, professional service at a reasonable cost. I told David my only recommendation is that he use shoe booties rather than street shoes while cleaning the carpet.

David did a spectacular job--my couch and carpets haven't looked this good in years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you want someone who is thorough and shows up on time and stays until the carpets and rugs look like new, than David is the guy. He even called me the next day to see if I was satisfied.
