I used Alpha services in May 2019. Kevin made an initial offer that was very high priced, nearly 3 times other offers I had received. I negotiated the price down by about 40% to a more competitive rate. The work was poorly done and I called them back to complete. I had asked them to haul brush and this winter I found the brush behind other evergreens and down in the woods. They had mulch delivered on my gravel driveway. I still have remains of this mulch on the gravel one year later. Not pleased.

Kevin and his crew were excellent. Kevin worked with me to come to a affordable price and since I live in another state and own property in Winchester, VA he worked with me to get the tree work done immediately. I am very pleased and highly recommend him . Great job Kevin and crew.

They came when they said they would. They worked hard all day. They did everything we ask. The price was real reasonable for the job they did, they cut down two large trees, I would call them again and recommend them,

They did not clean up the saw dust.

I was not happy with the piece of equipment they brought for the job. They brought something they called a Brushcat. It left a VERY uneven and choppy looking cut - still with LOTS of very long grass. They said the Brushcat is what they use. It was very expensive, and I had to recut the grass over the entire yard after they left. The said they would be back Saturday to do the tree trimming and never showed up. However, they INSISTED that I pay them by credit card in advance. IF they do show up to cut the trees, I am going to send them packing and I am going to protest the charge for the tree trimming with the bank and have that refunded. This was NOT a good experience!!!!!!!!!!!! Other than the poor job, they were, at least, somewhat pleasant, but I would NEVER use them again.

They try hard. They seem a little inexperienced. They did not do the last 10% regarding cleanup.

Responded in a timely manner. Gave honest opinion and estimate. Showed us credentials. Was on time with proper equipment and adequate experienced staff. Did an excellent job. Very pleasant and professional. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!!

The response was incredible! The work was done in a very professional manner - no mess of any kind. They came back and worked on the stump until I was satisfied. They are great and i would highly recommend them.
