Make sure everything is done b4 you pay them.

The people who cut the trees were good but the actual owners who run the business were horrible. They gave a price, said they would give a contract but never did. Just showed up and did the work and never got any contract. They tried to tell us it was more than they quoted. Would never use again and would never recommend.

The men that showed up to do this work were on time very professional and did a great job we are very satisfied

Showed up without appointment. Would not accept check stating that did not have a bank. They raised the price to fnish the work. Left the work undone.

I hired them to clean my gutters after a price was negotiated and settled upon. Once they were done, paid and left, I noticed all the debris from my gutters around my entire house, including on the siding on the back of my house, I then went upstairs to look out the windows to look onto my front porch and screened in patio and I saw a lot of leaves in each of these gutters. I ended up cleaning up what they didn’t clean myself. In my opinion a complete waste of my money.

easy to work with and fair price

Excellent contractor. Had to deal with bad weather,wind,snow,and a difficult neighbor. They were very accommodating.

I will first say it was my fault for being a nice guy & assuming these guys were honest & trying to build a good business. When they had completed the trimming but not the cleanup, Kevin asked if I would pay them now so they could pay their climber. (Before the job was started I agreed to pay them cash which should have been my first red flag). Their truck & hauler was full but Kevin assured me they would be back to finish up cleaning. They did clean the front but just a small part of the back. I texted Kevin 3 different days as to when they would return to always be told another day. On the 4th text I told him this would be my last attempt & after this I would leave them a bad review. He said he would be here Monday (yesterday) As I thought, he didn't show & I texted him I would do it myself & he replied he would take care of it. I asked when & haven't heard anything.. I cleaned up the back today with another truck load to do tomorrow because landfill closes at 4:00. They mistook my being a nice guy & wanting to give them an opportunity to make it right as being stupid and/or a pushover. In my opinion no good honest business people would be pad in full & not complete the job so now I know what kind of business they run. I would STRONGLY advice anyone to not use them, but if you do you are forewarned to NOT trust them on ANYTHING! Question anything & everything & pay NOTHING until the job is done! I hope my mistake of showing them trust & kindness helps someone else BUT again, I would avoid these guys

I had an uprooted pine tree. They helped to prop it up with stakes that I purchased. They walked away with 1 stake. When we had another high wind this past week, I called to ask them to come again, they had no idea who I am and never showed up.

A representative responded immediately and gave me a fair price to remove a huge shrub. Worked very hard first day. Gave me a fair price to remove a tree. It was downhill from there. The clean-up was extremely unsatisfactory. While responding to an emergency call to reattach gutter when we had very high winds, the owner/worker broke my window. He readily agreed to pay for replacement. After leaving two messages with a very fair price, he called and assured he would stop by the next day with the money. After three weeks of dealing with this, I have yet to see any money. No money. That is not the only time he lied to me.

They outsourced the job to another company. They raised the price after the job started, poor communication, they didn’t check for safety issues before the job started.

Alpha came to give an estimate, for tree removal, but they matched another estimate and were prepared to do the work. I hired them on the spot and the tree was done much quicker than I had anticipated. I was very pleased and would recommend them very highly. A very professional job.

They were very professional and friendly. Made it to my home surprisingly fast. Did a very good job removing the snow from my driveway and sidewalks. All around happy with their service. Thanks guys.

Called them at 10:00 am. They had us plowed out by 11:40. In time for my daughter to go to work. Bravo. Polite and professional. Would recommend them and will call them again when needed.

UNPROFESSIONAL! LEFT ALL BRUSH AND VERY LARGE LOGS! THREE TIMES OWNER SAID HE WOULD DROP OFF RECEIPT & PICK UP HUGE MESS. HE DID NOT GIVE RECEIPT FOR $1,700.00 PAID! AFTER 1 MONTH STILL A HUGE MESS! EMAIL FROM OWNER SAID THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE NON- EMPLOYEES, STRANGERS COME BY PROPERTY. OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD BEHAVIOR!
