BE WARNED! I gave Alpha Landscaping a great review back in June. I would now like to cancel and replace that review. Kevin and Ron quoted me a decent price to cut down a few trees, to trim another tree, and to remove vines growing on the side of the house. They did the work and I paid the agreed upon price. A few large tree logs and a pile of wood chips were left in my backyard. Kevin assured me he would clean it all up quick and easy. I next hired them to remove some shrub bushes from alongside my house. Kevin mentioned stump grinding and I agreed. I also reminded him about cleaning up the logs and pile of chips in my backyard. Kevin once again assured me he would clean it up. I arrived home as they were finishing the removal of the bushes. I was told by Kevin to call Miss Utility, and that after Miss Utility marked their lines, he and Ron would return at a later date to do stump grinding. I stood in the front of the house and paid Kevin for the work they had done removing all of the bushes. The problem began when I then also paid for the stump grinding work that they had not yet even started. It was only after they had gone that I walked around back and saw the same logs and wood chips still laying in my backyard. After that, I never saw Kevin and Ron again. I was brushed aside and given the run around. Kevin would neither answer my calls nor return any of my voice messages. Text messages were met with excuses as to why the work could not immediately be completed. I would next be given some distant future follow up date and the whole thing would repeat itself. Again, BEWARE!

Good communication. Is key factor . All agreed on what and how I wanted jobs done and they exceeded my expectations. Prompt and professional and courteous.

Contractor said the gutters didn't need cleaned. Found gutters did need to be cleaned. Paid for lawn service and called to cancel and he has not refunded money and no work done

My current lawn care provider of 10 years had not returned phone calls or emails and strung me along for a month, despite a signed contract. So I decided to use Home Advisor and Alpha Landscaping responded right away. Mark and Ronnie from Alpha were great to work with. They had to split the 'Spring Cleaning" into 2 days, one for weeding/prepping and the next day for laying mulch. Mark made arrangements for the mulch to be delivered on day 1 and like clock work there it was, dumped at the curb in front of my house, exactly where I asked. After they spread the mulch and cleaned up, my wife come home from work and there was no evidence of a huge pile of mulch in the street! My current lawn care provider continues to disappoint, they have not showed up to cut my lawn this week and 3rd time this season, despite no rain, no notification, just didn't show up. Alpha Landscaping did a great job, was on time and after a little back and forth we came to a reasonable price. I'm leaning towards cutting ties with my current lawn care provider and hiring Alpha, we just need to discuss pricing.

Gave them a challenging job of clearing an existing, over grown and established garden bed along foundation of house. Result exceeded our expectations. Will definitely consider them for future jobs. Very responsive and customer service skills were outstanding. We are very satisfied customers. Thanks guys! Job well done.

5 Star service! Very responsive, fit us in the same day to clean gutters before a big storm. We were so impressed we also had them complete the same service at our mother's house. Very good service, did a nice job of cleaning the gutters. I would highly recommend them.

Great service but once onsite and the end result was quite shocking to me! Maybe I expect to much, but once I got home and saw the mess I had to clean up, I said to myself that I'll never hire anyone again to do a job unless I'm home to supervise the work being performed. Took me over 1.5 hours to hose off my siding, deck, and front porch from all the debris that came out of the gutters so where do I send my bill? Instead of scooping out by hand and then spraying out the gutters and downspouts it appears they blew them out and I can still see sticks and leaves hanging out of the gutters! That tells me they never got on the roof at all which is fine as long as you can get up high enough to reach into the gutters. Personally when I use to clean my gutters I walked the roof, reached in with my hands and scooped out all debris and put into a bag and then I hosed out the gutters and downspouts. Maybe I should start my own business if I could still get on roofs?

Quick response to my request and was able to come out next day to take care of my lawns needs. Great company will use again if needed!

The men were here when they said they would be. They were courteous and finished the job of cleaning my gutters in less that an hour. I would hire them again.

I am pleased that they responded so fast to correct my issue with a large tree ready to come down. They told me they would be coming back during the W/B 5/21/18 to clean up the remaining debris that they could not get into their truck but never returned to finish the project and I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then. These people are not trustworthy and you should think twice before using their services.

They failed to respond to my request, they ignored me.
