They were great we had other companies out to look at a holly tree that we wanted trimmed. As it turned out three other companies failed to tell us the tree was dying. Thank goodness for Ronnie he immediately spotted the the portion that was dying. And the immediately got to work taking it dow. They were awesome would definitely recommend.

Very expensive - performance requirements were verbal for weeding beds and trimming plants, trees, and rosebushes, but they never provided and we never received any written proposals and they started persistently asking for 1/3 of money on the first day and 1/3 on the second day and the final payment on the last day. Multiple verbal agreements were left unfinished, many cuttings/clippings were left scattered in the yard, much-unfinished landscaping work, as well as cleanup, still remains to be done. Recommend not letting them do anything without having it in writing, and paying them nothing until work is actually done. Very disappointing doing business with this company.

Reasonably priced and super quick service

Kevin is very personable, professional and kept me informed continuously till job completion. Even with rain being a big hinderance, he completed the job in a very timely manner. Great doing business with this company and I highly recommend them!!!

I would recommend but you really need to negotiate for a good price

Ronnie and Kevin came to give me an estimate, they left to pick up sod and mulch and within a few hours, I had a beautiful new yard. They're professional, quick and hard working guys and did a great job! Would call them again when needed!

I live in downtown Martinsburg, the 2 trees I wanted cut down were between my house and an apartment building. There was also a power line in the way. Ronnie Thomas, Kevin Beard and Terrance Arnell are the best at what they do. They were able to get the trees down with no damage to anything. They are truly skilled at their jobs would recommend them to anyone who could use their services. They very professional, friendly and fast.

Very prompt, and courteous

I thought they did a great job, really good clean up work. However, the job was pretty big and took more than a day. They needed to come back to finish, but busy as they are, were a little hard to get a hold of, and took a little longer than I would of liked to get back out, they probably need to have an answering/scheduling service. Would recommend if you have big jobs to make sure you schedule them as early as possible in the day. I was impressed with the clean up and would hire them again, overall, pretty good for the cost.

Called from Arizona to have snow removed from my parent's driveway. He was at their house within 15 minutes.

Rip-off. Paid them $800 up front to remove leaves and trim 8 overgrown hedges back in October. They got about 1/3 of the work done and promised to come back. That was three months ago. Tried 10-15 times to reschedule them but they would not respond or show up. Just had to pay another company $365 to come finish up. Alpha is a total joke and have stiffed others on HomeAdvisor as well. Pathetic.

Kevin and Ron are good guys, conscientious and hard working. I recommend hiring them.

The service was fast, but the price was fairly high since it only required a few hours of work. They talked me into chipping the cut trees vice hauling them away. I was left with a large amount of work disposing of the wood chips.
