Ronnie is very nice to customers. Also my mom is 83 and I couldn't be home when the professionals came to cut down our trees, so I was worried about her. But she called me after they left to excitedly tell me how the guys had been so nice and had told her "God Bless You "(not for a sneeze.) So they did very good work, which wasn't easy with this huge tree. I counted 83 rings. And they were nice to mom. It's always hard to pay for a big job but I'm happy with how things turned out.

They were hired to remove one large pine tree and several smaller trees, especially in a dog kennel. Large tree is gone, kennel still has trees. They have not finished the job, but it has been paid for. It's been 2 weeks now.Talked me into getting another large tree taken down, for which I gave them a deposit. Three days later I cancelled the project and asked for a refund. That was a week ago. I'm still waiting. Have not heard a word. Will dispute charge with my credit card bank to recover my deposit.

I would rate Alpha Landscaping zero and would never recommend them. They left the area they were to clean up an utter mess. They didn't remove all that they were asked and removed plants they were asked to leave. They tore up the lawn so badly I just wanted them out of here. Alpha Landscaping kept changing the cost. Ever while they were doing the work.

They came out next day and did what I needed in the spot. Very friendly

I would highly NOT recommend this outfit. They didn't finish my tree removal job. Upon my first phone call, I was assured by Kevin Beard that they would come back in a couple days to remove the Giant tree logs from my back yard. Sadly, I had already paid in full, and after numerous Unanswered phone calls and emails from me, the mess remains- Over Two Months later. Thanks Alpha, for the Scam.

I hired Alpha in late September and early October for a clear and seed project, to reclaim my front yard. The grass planted has taken root, and it is appearing through the hay that was placed to hold down the soil and protect the seeds. I would recommend Kevin, his partner, and his crew for others needing landscaping and tree/bush removal.

Did a good job. On time, and agreed on price for the job. Finished job and received final payment. Might help if they had given us business cards. In our development all contractors must have insurance and license in Berkeley, WV That is why we used Home Advisor. Might be a good idea to show credential on listing. A lot of work in our development. FEF

DO NOT use this Pro. He agreed to remove a medium sized tree and shear and top three tall Hornbeams. I was unable to he home the day he arrived,My wife asked him to also remove a sapling sized tree and two shrubs. He convinced her the stumps needed to be ground off and drastically hiked this price for the additional work. He radically lopped lower branches from the Hornbeams, never sheared nor topped them. He does not answer the phone listed on Home Advisor and if he answers his cell phone he busy and promises to call back, never does. I advise Home Advisor to drop this pro , never recommend him.

Immediately returned our phone call, came out the same day for a quote and returned the next morning to complete the job. Fast courteous service.

I hired this company to remove my bamboo. He seemed inexperienced with bamboo but assured me he would do it correctly. I told him that my research said you need to dig down two feet to get past the roots and you need to put in the appropriate barrier. He didn't think he needed to dig down two feet but he assured me he would dig down past the roots and he would use a bamboo-resistant barrier. Well within a week bamboo is already popping up through the barrier. This means he did neither of the things he promised. He did not dig down deep enough, or use the right barrier. I have tried calling and leaving messages and he will not get back to me. I assume it's because he knows I'm unhappy and want him to correct his poor work. He also quoted me for another tree removal at twice what an arborist quoted, which makes me think I likely completely overpaid for his terrible job on my bamboo. I'm so so disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone.

Ronnie and Kevin were very professional. They removed the trees the same day I called them. They were very responsive and did a great job. They removed two trees from my property quickly. They gave me options to how the request would be completed. Reasonable pricing. I would hire them again.

Ronnie and Kevin were great! It was a fairly large job and we had some rain delays, but they kept in contact with us and did a fantastic job. They made sure we were completely satisfied and we plan on hiring them to remove several trees over the course of the summer. A very professional company!

Make sure you get a WRITTEN contract, and do not pay them until the job is COMPLETELY finished.
