Outstanding work, the railing looks brand new and the extention of the tile floor looks as if it has been there all along. The folks who came to do the work appeared on time both days and were extremely tidy in completing the job. We will definitely work with Home Solutions in the future.

It was a nightmare to get and keep an appointment for an estimate. Original estimate was to be done January 16, 2014 between 4-430, Candy called the day before asking to reschedule (after I already had to put in that I would be leaving early for an appointment), that there was not enough time the following day. After having talked to both Candy and Mary, they offered to keep that appointment, that they could reschedule somebody else. I did not feel comfortable or right doing that, so I let them know I would call back to make an appointment later. I called yesterday, January 20, 2014, to see if there was any availability that day, my husband was off and able to be home. (I work, and my son goes to school across the water, so I generally can not be home until five o'clock each day.) There was not any availability yesterday, so we were finally able to schedule for the 28th at 530. (It was like pulling teeth to get anything after 5, or on the weekend.) I sent both my own list , the first go round, and home inspection list yesterday via email. I received a call yesterday afternoon from Mary asking to slim it down. I am no professional and explained to the woman that the lists are just a general idea for Mike, that it would be more clear once we could walk through my home together. Well, to end it all I get a call twenty minutes ago to cancel the appointment for the estimate, that Mike said, and quot;It's to big of a job for him to schedule right now.and quot; I told the woman that there were two main things we wanted to get done, which was the back patio door and our flooring, the rest we may or may not do depending on what we're told, but would still like a price for later, should a buyer like something done. I would not recommended using this company if you have a large job to complete, or like the average American, work an 8-5 job. As I expressed to Candy on the phone, I will gladly be taking my business to somebody that would actually like to make money,

He helped us with a problem with our windows and gave us some advice as to our crawl space. He was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. He just hasn't gotten back to us with any quote nor returned any of my phone calls.

It went very well.
