They did a really good job, I was happy with the results.

They did a great job, and their prices were very reasonable.

They came in and tore out the old ones then cleaned up their mess and put the new ones in. They are just wonderful; worked quickly and were very professional I would recommend them to anybody and I was very pleased with their quality of work. I love my windows and will use them again in the future.

Showed up within the 2 hours estimated time of arrival. 100 degree day. stayed for 4 1/2 hours before leaving because of heat. Cannot believe they lasted as long as they did. Coming back in 2 days to finish up outside of 3 windows. Highly recommend.

Salesman was prompt; curteous; no pressue. Installers were prompt; curteous; quick; clean. My only complaint is that they advertise windows for $189 and by the time you're finished the windows are closer to $400 each. In all fairness, however, this seemed to be the same practice with all the window companies.

They weren't pushy, and were very straight forward about everything. It was a good experience, and we are planning on doing work with them in the future.

Every home project should go this well....Window World was a fantastic group to deal with.

They came and gave me the quote the same day. They came out and did the work. They replaced the windows really fast. All the work was done probably in half a day. They weren’t pushy about anything. I would use them in the future.

Crew was pleasant and knowledgable about their job. Called to ask if they could arrive a little early and took care with my property and flowers. Job looks great. Job was done with care and precision. Completed within three hours. Love the windows. My sister had 12 windows installed and experienced the same great service. David Prysock was the salesman and did not high pressure me and was great to do work with.

They were very good. The guy came out and did the assessment. He gave us options and clarified some things. We got the windows. There was some time that we had to wait for them, but it wasn't very long. They called us and got all the windows put in in one day.

They were very courteous, they kept to the schedule, and they cleaned up after themselves. They advertise $189 as the average price per window but we had to buy a more expensive window to qualify for the stimulus.

Estimate provided by Gary Nelson and windows installed by the Michigan crew. Everyone at Window World (WW) was wonderful. Initially, they did not offer the best price until I showed Gary another estimate for the same quantity and model windows - Gary made a phone call to his home office and WW was able to match another competitors price. The Michigan crew came out to install the windows as promised and on time. They are well experienced, fast and worked well as a team. It took them about 4.5 hours to complete the work. They were professional and answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I LOVE our new windows, besides looking good they filter out the ambient outside noise to virtually nothing - it's still too soon to determine the energy savings at this point. WW thank you for doing a wonderful job - I will sing your praise to all my friends.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. The entire installation was completed in three hours. The estimate I received from Justin was much lower than I anticipated and he did a very good job answering all of my questions and covering all details if the process.

The crew of 4 arrived right on time, around 1130. They finished the whole job including new trim for the windows and the cleanup in only 4 hours. The crew was very profesional and courteous. They did a great job and the windows look great.

Excellent. Once the window was received, they came back and installed it in a few minutes.

They were pretty good. They were prompt and their price was good. Everything went well.

The sales person was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything throughly and I felt he was a customer advocate and wanted to make sure I understood what I needed and what I did not need to do. I did more than he recomended but he also informed me of a energy program offered by the state which I had no idea about and one of his cutomers had informed him about it. He was sharing that information with all his customers which I thought was pretty generous and certainly also assisted with his sales. But I went with him not only for the credit but for the way he treated me and how professional he was while in my home. I am a pretty picky customer and he was able to answer my questions eventually-not as quick as I would have liked it but he made up for it in the end. I had ALL windows installed in 4 weeks total. My windows had custom measurements for them and I had to wait most likely longer for that issue. But they all treated me like a friend or family member with respect which I can not say for the other companies listed up on top.I ended up saving hundreds of dollars also. Which REALLY made me even happier. THen the windows came in and I saw the first one go in and it was absoutely BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately since the initial installation there have been problems with 2 windows not shutting all the way. The crew came over around 20 times to shut the window but never really solved the problem hince they had to keep coming. For 4 years this went on until I got totally fed up with the situation and demanded someone with managerial expertise coma and access the problem. After days of accommodating times to be scheduled they finally called in the manufacturer rep. The lack of response and days of inconvenience along with insulting remarks and training 'how to shut the window' my idea of their customer service went completely south. After 4 years of nonsense I had to come to this grading of WW to my dismay I am infuriated to no return. I had to squeeze an apology out of the manager of the crew and he simply did not "get it" on the caliber that was warranted. Sadly I leave this report.

They did a fine job. I live near a train yard and it was an effort to cut down on the noise. It?s a good window and they did a good job installing it. The price was fair. They were able to come out and give the estimate before the other people did. The representative who came out was a good sales person. He told me how long the company was in business. They were in business for a long time and it meant a lot to me. It was the main deciding factor for me. They were pretty well established company. I had one problem with the installers. One of the installers had brought his son along with him. I had told them not to prop the front door open to bring supplies in but the installer?s son propped it open. So I got a reprimand from my condo association. They had to come back and redo a little talking. I got what I paid for.

They had excellent warranty, and their price was competitive. Their installation was very good. They were there when they said they would be there. They provided what they said they would provide. They cleaned up after themselves. We were completely happy with them.

After arranging for an estimate/purchase of new windows from Window World, they called and informed us that our new windows were in less than 4 weeks later. The installation crew arrived promptly, and notified me when they broke for lunch. They worked quickly and efficiently removing the old windows and installing the new windows. They replaced damaged wood and insulated around each window. And they did an outstanding job at cleaning up the mess. In addition, they installed a window in a small bathroom that had never had a window. And they did all in 1 day.

The price charged by them was very good. It was a pretty big job and they were excellent people with excellent sales techniques. I have had lot of trouble with other contractors, but these people were wonderful. The quality of their work was excellent. I have no complains about them.

The crew of about 6 men were prompt, courteous, and professional. They politely answered any questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves even vacuuming near the windows! They moved back most things that had been moved for the installation. It only took them from about 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. We paid the extra $10.00 per window to have them put brackets & blinds when the windows were complete. It was well worth it, said my husband. Way to go "Michigan 2 team". I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Be prepared to fight for your money. A threat of small claims court works wonders.
