Description of Work: Val Little is amazing! He came to my house to see what wood rot I needed replacing which was what was on the Angie's list deal I had purchased. He said it would be easy to fix and set a time the next week to do the work. He did a wonderful job replacing some rotted trim around a door and also some rot near the roof that was the result of a previous job not done correctly. I was so impressed! He is a very professional person and seemed eager to help me and to do a really nice job. It can be hard to find someone willing to do smaller repairs and not overcharge. He was the best and I will definitely use him again for small or large jobs. He called after he had finished to ask if I was happy and I was!
