Description of Work: Pest inspection. Very professional. I have used him several times in the past 6 months & he is very thorough with the inspection. Explains to the owners in detail what he was checking and why. Also told them what to look for that would be signs of various insect infestation. If he finds any problem, he explains in detail what needs to be done and provides a verbal estimate and promptly follows up with a written estimate. Compared to other Pest Inspectors I have used, he rates an A+. I am a Real Estate agent and use this company for rental properties and sales. He was recommended by one of my clients & after seeing the thoroughness of his inspection, he went to the top of my list.
