Response from Emergency Restoration Services LLC
{Member name removed}, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Emergency Restoration Services. I was a bit surprised by the lack lustrous review. Please allow me to answer some of the comments/complaints about the services that were provided. Unfortunately your lab report fell through the cracks and I can't fault you in the complaint. It was a clerical error on our part and is unacceptable. We have looked in to this and have put a new system in place to prevent this from happening again. On October 5, 2015 I received a phone call from you in reference to not receiving the lab report. I immediately pulled your report and found what looked like either a laboratory error or a problem with the cassettes used to sample your home. This error was discussed during our phone conversation. Since Aaron, our employee, not a sub-contractor was in the area on another inspection I had him come out and take an additional round of air sampling. This was done within 2 hours of your initial complaint to the office. These samples were then over-nighted via FedEx at our cost and rushed diagnostics fees were also paid by us at no additional cost to you. On October 7, 2015 at 8:15 AM I forwarded the new lab report to you and placed a follow up phone call to you to again apologize for the inconvenience and explain the results of the testing. Based on the phone call conversations and the expedient execution of the second round of sampling I am surprised by your review. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss this further. I prefer to have happy customers and if you are unhappy with the level of service we have provided, I am more than happy to refund you the original purchase price of the inspection.
