Someone recommended Mark Northern to me for a variety of residential work, therefore I followed up and attempted to contact him in order to set up an appointment to come out and provide an estimate. I called once, got his voice mail, which acknowledged who he was, and then left a message regarding an interest in him coming out for an estimate. I never got a return call. So the following week I attempted to contact him again, giving the 1st attempt the benefit of the doubt, and again got his voice mail. I left a second message. Again, no response. Given this is the level of respect this handyman has for potential new customers, and his behavior in communication, it is a big window into how it would be if he were to actually perform work for me. Stay away from this one! There's much better out there.
