SHORT VERSION: I cannot recommend them highly enough! Excellent work, very reasonable pricing, and a joy to work with. LONG VERSION: Our new house had each room painted a different, dark, crazy color, and I was sure getting the house painted would be costly, time-consuming, and require tons of coats. I was straight-up afraid of this project. - Juan responded to my inquiry immediately, and scheduled a quote at my convenience. - He was on time for all our appointments, and treated our home with respect. - Every space was painstakingly taped, tarped, and drop-clothed. - Each wall was expertly repaired and prepped before paint was applied. - When Juan realized the paint didn’t stick to the silicone caulking in our kitchen, he *re-caulked our entire counter* and re-applied the paint so the finish would be perfect—I didn’t even realize he was doing it, that was his own initiative! - The work crew was equally diligent and respectful, and the guys even removed their boots before coming in the house every day. - They cleaned up after themselves as they progressed, so we could gain access to our spaces as soon as possible. These guys painted every room, hallway, and ceiling of a 2,800 sq ft house, *flawlessly,* in less than one week, without disturbing me while I worked from home OR letting my cat escape the house! If you have a painting project, call Juan, you won’t regret it.

Juan and his team, did dry-wall repair, repair to all ceilings in our house (used to have yucky popcorn ceilings) prepped and painted our entire place. His quality of work is excellent - he is prompt, professional, has good communication and I have already hired him for my next project. Highly recommend!!

Juan did an excellent job at a fair price painting the interior of my home.

Juan and his crew were great, I first talked to him on a Wednesday afternoon. He was at my house a few hours later and gave me a good estimate. The next day he and his crew got to work. They ended up finishing the job half a day early and did a great job. They left a clean and neat space when they finished and everything is just right. Bottom line, a last min call to him with a short timeframe to make my house right for our tenants resulted in a great job at a good price. I will use him again soon.

2 great guys doing good work. Juan and Carlos painted the exterior of my 3 level townhouse, caulked as needed and painted from rooftop to bottom floor. Needed 3 different paint colors they matched the by paint colors and purchased at Sherwin Williams. They gave me the leftover paint. Took a day and a half to finish job. Turned out great! Juan and his team did an exceptional job helping us renovate . We hired them to paint several large and small spaces in our house, and each was handled with meticulous care. Beyond just painting, their wainscoting, molding and trim work are absolutely beautiful. Better than we expected. From start to finish, they were timely, respectful, professional and courteous - every piece of furniture that had to be moved was put back where they found it, and they fixed things such as patching up old holes in doors without us even having to ask. We recently used home advisor to find an exterior painter for our townhome in Brambleton. We contracted with Juan J Painting. Not only were they professional and timely about getting us an estimate, but they were extremely professional. Juan helped us match the colors perfectly and they completed the job with great precision and timeliness. We were very pleased, and would definitely use them again and provide high recommendations for others considering interior or exterior painting.

Juan and his crew were very punctual, and worked tirelessly in high 90â s heat to complete the job. Day 1 was power washing and rotted wood repair. They came up with a great solution for a rotted post...and it looks great. The painting started on day 2, and completed by noon on day 3. We noted a few Issues after day 2, but everything was corrected on day 3 without any prompting. The house looks brand new! I would hire Juanâ s team again.

Hired to Juan and his team to wash, prep, paint and recaulk all of our exterior trim. His team power-washed the entire structure, matched the paint and siding caulk colors, and worked fast and efficiently to caulk/recaulk everything and put at least two coats of Benjamin Moore paint on more than 60+ windows, exterior doors, and porticos. At the last minute, when we realized that we'd not included the garage doors in the original estimate, he quickly worked with us to add it in and get it done. Highly recommend.
