Donna's Painting

Called and had Donna's painting come out and give me an estimate to paint a shed. Got the price and was put on the schedule. It rained the day I was scheduled so they came the next day. Everything looked good and I will be using them again. This is the second job they have performed for me.

They always provide an excellent service. Responsive, helpful, attention to detail on their job. Easy to work with for changes or repairs. The team is pleasant, delivers high quality painting service.

Absolutely fantastic company! Donna's Painting came out and gave me a free estimate and DID NOT require me to be at the house! I love them for this! The estimate they gave me was very competitive after I compared it to estimates from three other companies. After giving me the estimate Leticia emailed me frequently to check on the status of my decision, for which I was grateful, since I had a few follow-up questions. When it came time for scheduling, they showed up on time. At one point they had to change the schedule, but notified me ahead of time and we agreed on another date/time. Elizer (sp?) came out and did the work efficiently and it looks GREAT! I wish all contractors were as honest, thorough, and responsive as Donna's Painting!

It went fine, but there was not prep work of surfaces before painting

Painter came to my home see what was to be done. They emailed an estimate and I agreed to have the work done. On the day they were supposed to be here at 8:30 AM, no one showed up and no one called. I called twice within 90 minutes of agreed on arrival time and had to leave voice message.both times. Around 10:00 AM they called to say some sort of emergency had occured and they would not be able to come that day. I canceled the job and started the process of finding a (reliable) painter all over again

They were amazing! The estimate was scheduled promptly and they were able to start a few days later. The painters were very professional. They prepped the walls perfectly, did minor drywall repairs and painted 2 coats of paint. It looks absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend them. I actually have a large drywall project that they are giving me an estimate on currently. So, I would definitely use them again! Thank you so much!

We had to reschedule once or twice because of inclement weather, but Leticia was excellent in following up and providing alternate dates that would work with my schedule. Miguel and his assistant stained my new fence and utility gate. The attention to detail was superb. Shortly after they started, Miguel contacted me, and later Leticia, to advise that the work would require a couple additional gallons of stain. When they returned from their lunch break, the materials were waiting for them and they finished the work. Not only was the work excellent, but they took care and concern to protect my pavers and plants, leaving the surrounding area impeccably pristine. I am pleased with the results and will consider them for future painting projects.

All went well. The estimation process was very efficient. The estimator showed up on time and the estimate was provuided the next day via email in a clear and concise format as promised. Painters were very prompt showing up at 8AM sharp each day. They were very pleasant to work with and talk to and cleaned and tidied up their work area each afternoon when done.

Arrived 15 min. early and were painting as the clock started. Workers were competent, steady, and cleaned as they went. No mess of any kind, anywhere. Very happy.

Crew showed up as scheduled, and did an efficient, professional job. Easy to work with! They did the job so well that we had them come back to do some additional painting.

Leticia was very prompt in responding to a request for quote and met me at the appointed time. She turned around the quote within 24 hours. The painters arrived on the day promised. They were extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Just a small amount of paint on the bricks in an inconspicuous location but otherwise very neat. When it appeared that they would need to come back another day to finish the back door, they were apologetic and they showed up the next day to finish. Finally, pricing was very reasonable compared to others. We will certainly consider using Donna's Painting again.

The team was punctual and did an outstanding job of completing the painting. They were easy to work with from the estimate to getting the job completed. The outside trim looks terrific. They also repaired the wood rot on two door frames and some windows before painting. I highly recommend them.

I contacted multiple (4+) painting companies on Angie's List trying to get this work done, Donna's was the first to respond and most responsive of all of them. I was able to get a quote within 48 hours, and they were able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time, especially with the amount of rain that we had. Pricing was fair, as the paint was also included in the price (unlike some of the others) I have had to have this exact work done in the past, and the previous painters were not as thorough, and it showed, as this work has needed to be re-done within a year.. I was very pleased with Donna's Painting company and the communication throughout the process, and will be doing business with them again in the future.

The two-man crew showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule to get set up for the job, and were actually painting before the "official" start time. They were all set to go with a paint sprayer on the fence, and showed me how that looked after one coat. We agreed that, while the sprayer would do most of the work, they would probably have to follow up with a brush to get full, even coverage. They told me that would probably slow down the process, but I asked them to proceed. They got the front fence done, both sides, in under two hours, and it looked just great in the sunlight. They then did the long side of our property, getting the inner portion finished before taking lunch. When they returned, I made sure they knew the other side of that section -- the part facing away from our house -- needed to be painted too, and they said I would need more paint (note to self: get 2 5-gallon drums of paint next time). The gentlemen continued painting while I got more paint, even working carefully around my driveway where one of our cars could not be moved. And they were able to finish up the last bit of fence just before the time ran out. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, and at about half the price of even the best estimates I had received this summer, including the price of the paint. I think I might hire them twice next time -- once to power wash the fence to prepare it for painting, and then to do the painting itself. Maybe they will give me a 2-for-1 discount!

Leticia gave me an estimate for the work. I told here to proceed with the work. The carpenter was coming on a Saturday to do his work but had fallen behind and wanted to do it on Sunday. This was ok with me, He showed up at about 9:00AM on Sunday and replaced all the rotten wood. He was finished his work bt about 1:00PM. All the wood he replaced looked good. The painters showed up at about 9:00AM on Monday and started their work. They caulked all the areas that needed to be taken care of and started the painting. A rain shower came after lunch and they had to stop. Miguel told me that he would be back the next day to finish. They arrived the next day and finished the painting. All the work was excellent. They go the extra mile to make sure everything looks good. I am already planning to have them come back to paint a couple of bedrooms.

Arrived on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up after and was very curtious and professional. Pricing was fair. Would use them again.

I contacted Donna's Painting about an estimate as I needed to get the steps leading to the second floor of my townhouse repainted. I also needed some rotting wood replaced, along with the trim around the garage door. They also painted the garage door. The work took a little over a day and they were very professional throughout. Although the estimate I received was higher than other estimates I'd been given, I went with them anyway due the high ratings they'd received here. As so many others have said, they paid attention to detail, cleaned up afterward, and did and outstanding job. I would definitely hire them again.

I contacted the provider to get a quote for painting the exterior of my home. They responded within 24 hours and we agreed on a date and time to meet and discuss the work. The appointment was for a Monday evening between 4 and 5 PM. On the morning of the appointment, I contacted the provider to confirm the appointment. I made sure they had my address and my cell phone number. They said Miguel would be there unless the weather was bad. I left work early and arrived home at 4PM to sunny skies. I waited, and waited, cell phone in hand, and waited. I gave up at 5:45. Later they sent an email saying they needed to cancel the appointment. They didn't bother to contact my cell phone even though I made it clear I was leaving work to meet them at my house. It was a total waste of time.

Very professional and courteous. Arrived 1/2 hour late but got to work quickly, so no big deal. Did a great job and worked hard. Got my entire job done in 8 hours given the dark paint required multiple coats and involved lots of trim and wainscoting in master and guest bathrooms. Very pleased with the work. Leticia in office is also very pleasant and responsive. Would hire again. Thank you!

These two fellows were great. Very respectful to me and what I wanted. I had a huge victorian porch , and back porch with three sets of steps . The porch was a wrap around porch. They did some sanding and cleaning. They cut neatly the edges all around front of porch where the intricate spindles are located and the back of the porch adjacent to the wall of the house. The line was perfect ( no tape needed) NO smears or spots. They had nice paintbrushes that help with the quality of the end product. . They rolled the porch throughout , going over areas ?hat needed extra paint. Then they tackled the steps . They applied wood fill and caulk that I had not even asked for so I was delighted with the extra attention to details. They cleaned the job site , painted a little extra front door of a shed for me and checked with me to see if I was pleased with the job or if I wanted anything else. It took all day and it was perfect. I will definitely call them again . It is refreshing to see good work, nice people and interest in your home . On time arrival. Lunch break I had asked for a quick scheduling as I was having a wedding at my house. They were able to accommodate me and I was so grateful. Highly recommend

My wife and I could not be happier with the work and professionalism of the guys who painted our house. The attention to detail was amazing. I'm a perfectionist, and they left me with nothing to criticize. Will hire them again without hesitation.

Purchased deal for exterior painting. Contacted this company at least 10 times to set up scheduling. Not one time did they return a phone call. Purchased a deal for over $1200 and it's unprofessional they cannot return a simple phone call. Would not trust them to paint my house and they cannot pick up a phone. Would not use them in the future, nor recommend this company.

Called Donna's Painting. Woman answered the phone "Hello."No business name- nothing to i.d. the company. Finally got her to say that indeed it was Donna's. What I thought was static on the line, was not. When I called back I realized it was background noise-a hugh amount. When I asked about getting a estimate for drywall repair after a flood in my basement, she said they didn't do drywall, though they listed it as one of their services. My understanding from her was that they will fix a hole or two so they can paint, but not actually install sheets. There was a little language barrier, so I may not be totally clear on this. They may do great work, but their office manners were completely unprofessional.
