Everything went very smoothly, great workmanship, very responsive, great price and prompt. They even did little extras I asked for after the work was started and they didn't increase the bill. I will use them again.

Miguel and William arrived on time and immediately started to move the furniture and lay tarps. They were extremely professional, detail oriented, and really did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite the entire two days they were in my home. Once the weather gets warm I will hire again to repair the outside trim and repaint.

It went great! They showed up at exactly on time for the estimate and then showed up exactly on time for the actual work. Two guys completed the work in just over 2 hrs and it looks brand new!

It was terrible. I would not recommend them again. They came out and I told them I had a deck for them to paint. It was just the rails, no flooring, no top cap. There were 2 guys for 8 hours so it's 16 hours of labor and they only got part of the job done. It was a very small job. I feel that they should have let me know upfront if they couldn't get it done, and kind of contemplate what I wanted to do about it. I thought that I didn't get my money's worth. I had to hire somebody else to finish the job. They did very little work in the 16 man hours that they were there. My interaction with them was poor. I contacted the manager and the person was very unresponsive to my concerns. They agreed to come out and give me an estimate for the rest of the job and I didn't want it because I have already spent more money than I wanted to for what I got. I didn't want to use them again. They actually did a really, really great job. The quality of work was really, really good. Their responsiveness was poor.

Donna's crew arrived about an hour late, but hit the ground running. We had moved and/or covered much of the furniture to save time and the two painters completed the whole project within the 8 hours purchased. The paint they recommended covered very well in one-coat. They were very professional,efficient, and careful and cleanup was thorough with the exception of some forgotten taping in one room which I removed in a couple of minutes. I couldn't have gotten better results at a fair price.

It's been many years since the outside trim of my house was painted, so it was in pretty bad shape. Now it looks awesome! They power washed with some kind of bleach solution, then waited for a few days for all this to dry up, then fixed my gutters and the wood that was falling off because water went between gutters and the roof, and finally painted it all. Great job!

We hired two painters for the day for some minor drywall repair and interior painting of some of the bedrooms and living room. The painters were timely and did a wonderful job. Leticia was great to work with. She was able to accommodate our schedule when a timing conflict arose. I would definitely use them again for our next paint project.

They did an excellent job even though they arrived 30 min. later than promised. They even applied two coats of paint on all areas painted.

Overall, we were very pleased. The painters did a great job prepping and exact painting, they were also very nice. They were able to "clean" up a wall that had dark blue kid's paint on it that kept on coming through where I had painted over it previously. Highly recommend.

It went extremely well from our first meeting to our final handshake. We asked Donna's to bid on our job. Miguel came out and discussed the job with us. The next day, Leticia send us a detailed written proposal at a very attractive price. We accepted and set a date three weeks out because of their busy schedule. On the appointed day, Miguel and his associate arrived and went right to work. They worked steadily for two days, breaking only for lunch. When they completed the work, the house looked exactly as we had hoped it would and they left no evidence that they were there. There were no leftover drip stains or anything else to indicate that painting had just been done. When we need painters again, we're going straight to Donna's. We highly recommend them.

Donna's was friendly, helpful,efficient, on-time,reasonably priced and gave a high quality service. From start to finish they were able to see the house, quote and work out a mutually agreeable schedule. The work took 3-1/2 days and was about 1500+ sq ft of wall space. There was a great deal of baseboard and ceiling molding and wainscotting to work around (i.e. taping). Great job, no complaints. I'd call them again in an instant.

I scheduled an estimate for a painting job. I called at the end of the scheduled arrival time to ask if the estimator was coming. There was hesitation in their response and said he was stuck in traffic and would not arrive until 1.5 hours later. When he arrived, he looked freshly showered, in casual clothes and when I said how bad the traffic must have been, he just smiled. I never received an estimate and called after a week. I asked how long it usually takes and she said 3-7 days and they would get it to me that night. I expressed frustration with the timeline and never hearing from them and she said they were very busy. I never did get an estimate that night and followed up with phone calls on two days and never had an answer. Today, I left a message to let them know it was rude of them to not follow through and to never mind. I read the reviews on this company and was so encouraged and eager to have them give me an estimate as it seems they care about customers and did a good job of painting. I have no idea why they chose to not give me the same courtesy and professionalism they seem to give others.

They were great. Very careful and took their time. Moved exterior furniture and replaced it the way it was even moved it back during a thunderstorm! Nice respectful didn't blast music while we were working in the house. House looks fantastic I highly recommend them,
