Donna's Painting

I highly recommend Donna's Painting - can't say enough good things about them! Their price was very competitive and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. The two-man crew of Miguel and William were extremely efficient and skilled at their work - and also friendly and courteous. They were helpful and accommodating in every way. For example, they carefully removed pictures from the walls and returned them when the paint dried. They moved all small items off of table tops and counters and then put them back exactly as they were. Because we knew things were under control, we were able to go about our business, coming and going as needed, You won't go wrong with Miguel and William taking care of your painting needs!

It did not go. It took 2 days for the company to respond to my call. I was not able to get the time of the day that was convenient for me. So my husband and I changed our schedule. to meet with them on Saturday morning Miguel was over thirty minutes late. We did not receive a call saying he was going to be late. Later he shared that he was late because he was lost. Ok, that is reasonable, but an apology would have been have been nice. It took over an hour to do the walk through. He took some notes but it was clear to me and my husband, he was not writing down notes with much detail. So I offered to provide a detailed description of all areas that needed to be addressed. They then could provide the cost for service. I told them I would have the information to them by Monday. I received an email on Monday saying they were no longer considering our project and would not be providing an estimate. The provided no explanation at all. I consider this to be most unprofessional, and insulting that they waited two day to say anything. I spent a time providing a detailed description for their benefit, something I don't feel the customer should have to do, and then I receive a very unprofessional email. saying they are not considering my project. They did not even consider picking up the telephone. So now I am very concerned, since this person has been in my home.

Excellent. Very pleased. This was our 3rd project with Donna’s Painting. Management is great to work with and guys showed up on time, completed the work timely and cleaned up well. Guys actually did a couple extra things beyond the initial scope to make sure the job was done right. Will continue to use Donna’s and would definitely recommend.

The room looks great, the painters were nice, polite, clean and efficient, and the price was right. However, unfortunately, I assumed it was standard practice to either fill picture hook holes when painting, or at least to ask the client about them, so I was surprised and disappointed to find they had simply painted over the holes. Since I planned to rearrange the room, now I must do the patching and touch-up myself. Definitely a lack of communication on all sides. I would hire this company again, but obviously with very specific discussion of every detail, no matter how small.

Excellent. Very skilled painters, prompt, professional and clean (no drips or debris). The drywall repairs (many anchor holes from pantry shelving) are invisible.

The company was very responsive, and the job was scheduled in a timely manner. The crew of two showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Nail holes and cracks in the stairs were patched and the trim caulked. The repairs to the pantry wall were unnoticeable when painted. We found no drips and all debris was cleaned up. We will call them again when we are ready to do our basement.

Miguel and his helper did a great job within the 2hr. windows. They arrived on time and after showing them the work I needed done went right to work. They did such a good job that I am now having them paint my master bedroom and bathroom.

Miguel and William do excellent work. They show up on time, work steadily, only take a 30 minute lunch and finish up including all clean up.

They were great! Arrived as promised and are very meticulous in their work. Excellent quality of work and no drips or paint where it should not be. I have already hired them again for additional work.

The process went smoothly from estimate to work completion. We will definitely use them again.

Miguel and William did an exceptional job ... they were courteous, hard working, had great attention to detail and very neat. They scraped, caulked, primed and did some light sanding where needed, prior to painting ... they did not cut corners and did it within the estimated time frame (4 days with 2 painters). The price was very fair and I would hire Donna's Painting again in a heartbeat!! Thanks also to Leticia for all her help as well. She was very prompt in her communications, responsive to emails and even picked up a paint sample for the painters, so that they could match the existing paint quicker, and get started on time!! Seeing the finished product, it is well worth the price for all the work they did!! Outstanding job!!

Will DEFINITELY hire Donna's Painting again for all of my painting needs. I purchased the $599 for 2 guys for 8 hours and I feel like I got every single penny's worth of my money. The two guys were on time and worked the ENTIRE time they were there. They were quick and efficient and took great care to be clean, tidy, and to get nothing dirty or paint on it. Total professionals and their work was amazing. Do yourself a favor and look no further for your painting needs.

The coupon was for four hours' work (2 workmen @2 hrs. each). All went well. Crew very pleasant, work very satisfactory. Repair of drywall around garage attic access, plus re-taping and smoothing of seams in other areas.

From the first interaction with Leticia to schedule the work to the painters arriving at our house a few days later to start work, we had a great experience with Donna's painting. Leticia was responsive whenever I contacted her. The painters (Miguel and William) arrived on time everyday, were pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. The painters did a wonderful job painting our house and we would hire them again! We highly recommend Donna's Painting to anyone looking for quality painters at an amazing competitive price.

Fantastic. Both guys were super professional, friendly, big smiles, took a ton of time to protect furniture, walls, etc. Covered everything with plastic, were incredibly efficient and did just one **** of a job. We had a party at the house the next day and no one could believe it, gave their contact information out to quite a few people. Was very happy to pay the small amount more to get all the extra paint for touch ups as well.

The crew that painted was prompt, professional and did a beautiful job painting. They clearly went out of their way to make sure the job was done well and they were efficient and thus most of painting we wanted done in home is finished. The price they offered to finish the painting is fair and we plan to hire them again. They far exceeded our expectations.
