Century Termite & Pest

Don’t waste your money with this firm. They don’t deliver. About a year ago, I was convinced by a salesman of the company that the scratching noises I was hearing in my house were caused by mice roaming around in the walls of the house. I spent over $12,000 and took on a $150 quarterly maintenance plan to get rid of the mice. The company replaced all insulation in my attic and other areas. Also, the company told me they sealed all holes that the mice might use to enter the house. Over the past year, I have complained repeatedly about the mice still roaming around in my house. Most times, an agent would come to the house, look around the outside and place glue traps in areas inside the house. These are amateurish actions I could undertake myself. Recently, I complained by letter to the owner of Century, Mr. Brett Nunn, about my mice problem. Mr. Nunn did not respond to my letter.

Century is a good pest control company. Their office staff is vet professional and return calls timely. Their field techs chase down the insects for their customers. Really liked doing business with them.

Great job performed. Two technicians showed up. I filled them in on where the issue was. They expertly got to work and performed the tasks. They inspected the vent after removal of the birds nest and debris. They sanitized the vent. Great pros!

The century team led by Dwayne was superb! They came on time, did all of the work and clean-up in four hours. They left everything in perfect condition. They were polite and efficient. I was thrilled with how they worked.

They came over 4-5 in the afternoon, they gave me discount for 2 house of work, it was over charged, they missed a part of a job, the rodents came back , I had to make them comeback and resealed the attic an dis hadn't have a problem since then,

If I cant be here for the internal spraying, when they come to do the outside I know I can request another appointment. Only for the inside and there is no extra charge. They are very careful with the pesticides they use. They dont spray on the plants or flowers that are close to my home. When they come inside the home they wear plastic slippers so they dont track any dirt inside. All of the service men that come are extremely polite. Very professional and they answer any and all questions I may have. I have used them for many many years.

They redid without a charge. So far so good. I would call them again just to make sure that it was save. They came out asap. I just like the fact that they were family owned business. They were responsive. I can't complain to them. They were personable. They were professional. They were pleasant. They were service oriented. They were reasonable.
