Description of Work: The problem I had was not with the cleaning. I found that to be satisfactory. But, I was concerned about the open-ended proposition that if they need more than four hours, there would be additional charges - even though I described the size of my house, etc. And, as I suspected, they did need additional time and charges. At that point, the "deal" was not such a deal. I will not hire them again because of this unknown factor. The final total can be almost anything.
