Cleaning staff arrived on time, were courteous and respectful, and performed an excellent cleaning job. Would use again and highly recommend.

Cleaners did the kind of job that made it possible to pass a quick walk through inspection by my wife (who was attending to a teething infant), but left many things untouched. That is, they cleaned the most visible surfaces without really cleaning everything. There was still dust in most corners of the rooms. Many shelves, the mantle, and the window sills weren't dusted. The downstairs shower wasn't cleaned. Most floors weren't mopped, including the kitchen. The insides of the shower doors and the underside of the toilet seat were not cleaned. They left around half an hour early (meaning we got 3 hours of cleaning instead of 4). We purchased a similar deal previously (at 3 hours for $75) from another company, and we were much more satisfied with that experience.

Overall it went very well. This is the second time I have used them. Joe and his partner came on a weekend to do a cleaning for us. He did a great job accommodating our schedule and fitting us in when we were on the spot to prep our house for the Thanksgiving holiday. He was very responsive over the phone and in person. His partner did a fantastic job on our kitchen floor, so much we have never seen it cleaner. We asked them to primarily focus on our bathrooms and kitchen and vacuuming our house, which is almost entirely carpeted. They also vacuumed the stairs, which was very helpful. In general, very responsive to feedback, I thought they did a good job. Based on the first two cleanings thus far, we are now hiring him on a regular basis. He offered me a very competitive rate given the quality. He was very professional. He takes his business, the quality of the work, and his partners serious and takes a lot of pride in his work, which I appreciate.

They were punctual, fast, thorough,personable, thoughtful and honest. I accidentally overpaid them and they actually drove back to my house to give me back the money when they realized the mistake I had made. I lived in NYC for most of the last ten years and I had a series of house cleaners. NONE of them where this good. I am signing up to make them my regular service.

We payed for a deal and was contacted the next day for scheduling. Scheduling went smoothly and the communication was good. The cleaning job was good and the house now looks and smells clean. We have scheduled their services for the next few months.

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Supreme Team Cleaning. I decided to give them a call after seeing a promotion and reading the reviews on Angie's List. Joe Selman (owner) was responsive to my phone call and punctual, not to mention doing a great job cleaning our home. I was so pleased with their services that I hired them on a biweekly basis.

Supreme Team was fabulous! They were prompt, kind and efficient. Their work was wonderful. They asked for feedback throughout and customized their cleaning to our needs.

Joe and nice young lady cleaned downstairs large family room full of dustibles, master bedroom and bath in two hours. Dusted, vacuumed mopped and made the downstairs smell wonderful. Even though Supreme Team doesn't usually work on Sunday, Joe took pity on me and worked a Sunday. Supreme Team Cleaning is responsive, professional, hard working and friendly. They were a pleasure to have and I greatly appreciate their help. I highly recommend this company and will call them again.

I had trouble getting in touch with Joe initially: it's reasonable, he's in high demand and its clear why. Joe and his colleague came right at the scheduled time; was thorough and clearly takes pride in his business overall and the services he provides his customers. Most of all he was open to getting and using feedback provided regarding specific things I wanted done. I don't ever like leaving strangers in my condo alone. However, when I met him and his team I felt comfortable leaving just over an hour into his team getting started. I plan on hiring him again.

To post this review or not was a dilemma since the folks seemed genuinely nice, but here it is as I would want to have read this review as a paying Angies list member before deciding to book them. The good: - easy to set up appointment - showed up on time - brought their own cleaning supplies - communication was clear - professional, pleasant The not so good: I've used several house cleaners for this same house over the past several years and these guys were by far the worst. This is in terms of quantity and quality. The team that showed up (which included the owner) didn't have the basics down such as dusting off the blinds and curtains. The hardwood floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning simply put was very light - something I could have done on my own or hired a kid to do for $20. The team also worked awfully slow insufficiently cleaning the 2 of the 3 levels they managed to get to. All the cleaners I previously had hired completed all three levels in 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours. I can't help but wonder who's written all these A reviews...I'm speculating either people that haven't used professional cleaners in the past or perhaps their homes were cleaned by another team. Either way, I'm back to looking for a new cleaner.

Joe, the company owner, contacted me shortly after I purchased the Angie's List Deal (the $80 price was a special I found through an Angie's List email). I was able to schedule the exact day and time I wanted (note that this was ~2 weeks in advance). The three person team was friendly and efficient and got more done in the scheduled 2 hours than I'd anticipated. Joe was on site and oversaw and helped with the work.

The Supreme Clean team did a great job doing a deep cleaning. They vaccumed, cleaned the floors, cleaned mirrors and the bathrooms thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service and how responsive Joe was. Because I was unable to stay the entire time they cleaned, he contacted me the following day to ensure that I was happy with the job they did. I will be using them in the future.

The first time we had Supreme Team in for an Angie's List deal (4 man hours of cleaning for $80), we had a pleasant experience. They showed up on time and were professional. They ran out of time to do any deeper cleaning, but got the floors, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned in the 2 hours the 2 people were here. Encouraged by the first experience, we called them back with the intention of setting up regular cleanings. They had offered to match the Angie's List deal each time: 4 man hours of cleaning for $80. The second time, the two-person crew arrived 20 min late (they left me a message to let me know) and quickly got to work. I got out of teir way and, after less than an hour and a half of cleaning, they packed up and left saying they had finished. They insisted I pay the full $80 even though they worked an hour less than the quoted time. I wouldn't have have had a problem if they'd done an outstanding job, but it appeared that they hadn't moved toys to clean around them and had not done anything beyond the floors, bathrooms and ktichens I'd ask them to start with. I discovered lots of other areas that could have been cleaned in that extra hour (e.g., window, blinds, fridge, etc.). Supreme Team did an ok job, but I think we'll go with another company next time.

They were very thorough and did a great job. They spent the entire time cleaning. Some of the areas were terrible before they arrived and looked spic and span after they were done. I'd definitely use them again.

Company did a good job, the kitchen was a mess and they really cleaned it, For the cost they did an outstanding job, will use them again.

I had Supreme Team Cleaning clean a couple of rental properties and my house twice (second was move out). I found the Joe, the owner, and the business to be quite professional. On the first cleaning, I had some concerns about a couple of areas being missed. They were open to feedback, and earning my ongoing business, so I decided to give them another chance. They performed well on subsequent cleanings I had them do for me, and they were very receptive to ongoing feedback. They did an excellent job on the last cleaning -- move out of my house. Joe brought two additional cleaners who all did a good job. My ratings reflect overall experience I had and responsiveness. I will likely use them again.

Joseph (the owner) and his crew have always been fantastic. I work from home, have a nanny and two kids. They are flexible to make my meeting schedule, kid schedules etc. work for everyone. At the same time, they deliver high quality cleaning. They also make sure to do a walk-through with me to ensure that what they have done is good. We are very comfortable with them in our home...a trait that is sometimes hard to find in cleaning services.

It was fine, and I had no complaints. I would recommend them to others. I thought it was good when they were done to make sure that I was happy. They had a good quality control measure in place, and they just didn’t pack up and leave.

It was very basic, and it was something I could’ve done myself. They were far inferior to other housecleaning companies I have used. They were not fast, thorough, or as good as other companies I have used. They were very courteous and very clean. They only cleaned 2 bathrooms.

They were very easy to schedule with and very responsive by email. Prompt arrival and excellent cleaning service.
