Description of Work: The window cleansers did not clean the storm doors because they could not remove them. If they had a knife it is very easy to remove them. I called a window professional and they removed the storm windows in no time and told me that happens all the time.

Description of Work: The two men from Old Dominion showed up twenty minutes early, and had everything they needed, including ladders, to complete the job. They worked fast, and completed cleaning 15 windows and 2 sliding doors in a 3-storey townhouse, inside and out, in less than two hours. The price was $155.00 which exactly split the estimate of $145-164. This was half the estimate I got from another company, including their discount.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows throughout the house which had not be cleaned for some 16 months. They were very nice to deal with from the office to the workers. This was the first time for me to use them and they were half the price of cleaners I had used before. They were certainly not as good as the previous people but I had not had my windows cleaned in all that time. It's a choice. I will use Old Dominion again as they were very pleasant to deal with and see how they are next time. I liked their price.

+ -1 moreHead office called to provide quotation over the phone and we arranged a time within a couple of days. The guys arrived on time and worked very efficiently for three hours. I hardly noticed they were there and they left the area around the windows spotless. The windows had not been cleaned for a long time and there was a lot of cleaning of sills to be done at no extra expense. Overall, excellent service. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreI called and received an estimate by phone. I was added to their schedule - which was about two weeks later. I called the morning of the appointment to receive my "window" of service. The two workmen showed up about 15 minutes into the estimated arrival time. One worked inside and one outside. They finished up within an hour of arrival. Everything went very well, the windows are sparkling - I would definitely use their services again.
Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows in our house, including a bay window and sliding glass doors. Cleaned window sills as well.

He suggested that we clean the screens, so the price was slightly higher than the estimate. I am very glad I listened to him. It's hard to see that I even have screens.
