Description of Work: They did an initial clean of our 4bed, 2 1/2 bath 2100 sq ft home. They now do a bi-weekly cleaning. Scheduling was easy, estimate and cleaning were within same week. Eduardo, the owner, answered every question, and gave a fair price. He is easy to work with and genuinely wants to do a great job and wants the customer satisfied. They do a detailed, thorough job. He has a small staff so you usually see the same people. They are all experienced and well trained so the cleanings are always excellent. When they are in my home they are strictly business and quiet. So glad I hired them!! I plan to use them for our move out as well. Huge relief having this company available.

Description of Work: I have been using this company for several months now on a bi-weekly schedule. This is the first time that I've used a housecleaning service. After struggling with keeping up with cleaning and all of the other tasks during the very limited free time I have, I decided that I needed to make a change. I joined Angie's List to research companies that provide housecleaning services. After comparing several choices, I scheduled a meeting with the owner of CLEANERS, INC. The interview went well and an initial "deep clean" was scheduled. Since then, I breath a sigh of relief that this task is now in very capable hands. All areas in my home that I especially need assistance with are cleaned very well. Basic services include cleaning the shutters/blinds; inside windows; and baseboards - areas that I wouldn't be able to focus on if it was me that only had the weekends to complete house chores. The team is professional, trustworthy and friendly. I recommend CLEANERS INC to anyone looking for a company to help out so you can focus on other competing priorities in your life! I no longer consider the service a luxury, but a necessity.

Description of Work: Even though the advertisement states they service Prince Georges County, when I told him I lived in Fort Washington he said he doesn't cover that area. In fact he said they don't cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Description of Work: I used this cleaner for about four years to clean my home. The cleaning was done well. rate was reasonable, owner flexible with time. But I eventually had to terminate their services, because of repeated breakage of items. --lamp shade, lost gold earring, etc I told the owner about the breakages, and he would say sorry, but never offered compensation. As disturbing was that the persons who were cleaning and breaking the items never told me about the damage. I had to "find" it myself. Since all the items, but one, were small, I never bothered asking for money. Finally a serial set of small damages, a lamp shade was broken (as in a hole), I told the owner, and he offered no money, so I just took the money off the bill, which he was okay with. One item was expensive. I left a small pair of 22 carat earrings on a table. The cleaners did not see the earrings when they were cleaning, and they were knocked to the floor. One earring was found and the other was probably vaccumed up. The owner called to tell me one earring was found on the floor, as if he "found something", when actually the cleaners knocked my earrings off the table. Lost an expensive pair of earrings. I did not argue the case,. The earrings were not replaceable, but eventually I did tire of the owner saying sorry, but not offering compentation, as well as the breakage of items.

Description of Work: Excellent service - team was prompt, worked quickly and efficiently. My house is sparkling! They did a one-time cleaning and now I've asked them to do a twice monthly cleaning.

Description of Work: This company is not one I would recommend. I called and left a detailed message for a call back to perform housecleaning tasks. No one returned my call.

Description of Work: This company deep cleaned my condo the same week I called. I preferred a morning appointment and was accomodated. A 3 person team worked diligently for 3 hours. I was especially impressed with the window/mini-blind cleaning. They were professional and courteous, arrived promptly, brought their own materials, and exceeded my expectations. I am considering hiring them for a monthly cleaning of my home.
